Krystal review: Unprofessionalism

Good morning. Last Friday, April 30th 2021. I stopped at the Krystal at 6155 Peachtree Pkwy., Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 at about 6:45am. I order a 3 eggs breakfast with sausage. I received my order and proceeded to my job (9 miles away). Once inside, I realized that NO EGGS were on the plate. I immediately called the establishment and expressed my concerns. I nice woman told me that she would put my name in a book, and I could return Monday (3 May 2021) and get the order replaced. Today is 3 May 2021. I pulled up to the window at this same establishment, and told the lady in the window the story. She walked away (no saying anything), only to return with a notebook. After looking at 2 pages, I can tell she saw my name. She closed the book with disgust, and asked me with a nasty tone, "what do you want"? I paused, and then said, I ordered the 3 egg breakfast. She shrugged her shoulders and made a face as to show a lack of their mistake. Being that I have been a dining facility manager myself, one thing I do not do, is get food from anyone showing signs of an attitude. I told the lady, you know what, never mind. She said sarcastically, "I'm asking what you want", I again said never mind, I don't want anything with that attitude, you have a blessed day, and left the window. NO ONE deserves to get this type of treatment, especially when the error was made on their end, and I was respectful. I will NEVER go back to this location EVER again.
