I visited the Krystals in Troy on January 11, 2013 at 1:30 a.m. it was a black male who took my order. My order total was $5.33 and I gave him $10.35, he handed me back two pennies and a receipt. I blowed my horn to get his attention to let him know I did not receive my $5.00 bill back but he turned the corner.
So when he came back to give me my food, I let him know that I did not receive my $5.00 He got defensive and said, “I did give it back to you”. We looked on the ground and everywhere but nowhere was my $5.00 bill. The manager asked me to pull up so she could count the draw. After a few minutes she came out and apologized and said that they did not find any overage in his drawer. The manager I want to state is a very nice lady whom I have known for many, many years.
However, her not finding the money came as no surprise to me because the 5.00 is in his pocket. Krystal has a thief working for them and I will let everyone I can think of, know about this so they will not have their money stolen from them as well.
I have worked at the same job for over 10 years, and I deal with “major” money each day. Never have I had any shortage or any type of wrong doing with the company money. It is a shame that this guy stole $5.00 from me and acted like I was the criminal. I seriously believed that Krystal need to look into this guy background, because I am sure it is some questionable items there. This is a bad look for your company.
Krystal is across from my work place so I eat there from time to time, but NEVER again. I work hard for my money, and it is not right to have it took away from someone who steals and treat the customer like they are in the wrong. If this guy got away with stealing from me then he probably has stole from many, many more people. I will let all my family, friends, co-workers, business associates, church members, neighbors, and social media followers know… if you do not want your money stolen do not go to Krystal in Troy, Alabama… I repeat DO NOT go to Krystals in Troy, Alabama.

I am very surprise that there was no complaints on this fast food restaurant, i love krystal hamburgers but every time i go to a krystal's the order will be wrong or the employees are stupid. Wish they would get better management.
I had a bad burger from Krystal too..
I haven't been to them since 2009 before I went on an international vacation.
I'll never go back to Krystal for a burger.. who else wants to join our anti-krystal club

Timeshare scams are HUGE problem in Mexico. We purchased a Royal Elite Timeshare last year. We were promised all kinds of opportunity, while they kept serving us cold Coronas. Between HSI, RCI, and Royal Elite it seems that this is all a scam. We initially made three payments of $800, and now after Royal Elite has made a mistake with their collections back in the end of 2008, Monterey Financial has been threatening to send me to court to recover the unpaid portion ever since. I would like Kystal Corp know they do not know how to treat their employees. the other the other thing they do not give their employees a break if work 8 hours . I know because my nephew worked there and lives with me he no longer work there so I know how they operate.

I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit I got an old hard biscuit a fresh egg that hung over three inches around and two small pieces of old bacon. Hey for 3.99 cents you have no worries ever seeing me and I'm sure breakfast business will slow down alot if you keep this is up. We went to the Deans bridge Rd Augusta ga location at 946am.

The location at 3909 Bloomfield Rd in Macon GA double charged me. The receipt numbers are 30043, 40076 and 40077. I was charged 18.86 and 18.77. I was told that the first charge was put in incorrectly. Both charges came through on my credit card. This was on 4/10 at 3:15 PM.
They quit steaming the buns when they were bought out. So, I don't go there anymore! Also, the price is very expensive for what you are getting! Just a cheap burger!
I have been to the place on Mcfarland blvd, Tusc, AL 3 x's in the past month or 2, first 2 x's I stopped while I was out, this last time I ordered online. Got to the place and just like the other two times there was a padlock on the door and I was told the system was down. I asked about my refund for online and was given a smart mouth answer.

This happened today around noon September 6th 2023 Wednesday of course like everyone else I was in a rush because this was my lunch break the cashier was very rude and my order was wrong twice and they seemed very upset that they messed up my order I left with no food
I waited 35 minutes to get my food and my burgers were burnt I ordered min with extra onions and no pickles got very little onions and 3 pickles per sandwich I drove a hr and 10 min one way just because I wanted kristals that bad and couldn’t eat them11/09/2023 at about 6:30pm

Saturday, April 6 I understand why Krystal is a doomed company! I attempted to purchase 12 krystals, 2 drinks and 2 fries. I was told the price would be over $26! WHAT?! For Krystals? They couldn't tell me how much 1 Krystal cost. They said 2 drinks and 2 fries was over $9! Are you kidding me? What is wrong with you? Never again!

Walterboro SC, Tuesday at 1:00 pm. One car in front of me. I ordered two number 4’s. It comes with chili fries and 4 sliders. 25 minutes later the order arrives. The chili fries were horrible. Too salty too greasy and no taste other than…. salt.
