Krystal review: Cheeseburgers and fries

I went thru the drive thru at 12:08 a.m. ordered 12 krystal cheeseburgers a lg. Fry. The burgers was barely warm half the bun was hard and the rest was very soggy. The fry was hard and greasy like the wasn't done and laid in grease. I go to krystal's at least 3 times a month and this is the worst food I ever tried to eat. No I didn't finish my food. Had to throw it away and on a fixed income it hurt to have to do it
