My debit card was charged 62.02 when the arder was for 6.02. I have stopped payment through my bank and do not wish to have any further asssociating with your company. Cancell any further orders that have been charged to my account. I have paid for several items that have never arrived. Inno longer wish to be einvolved with your compqany. Plesase remove my imformation from your records.

Stay Away! Purchased 2 Potter & Brumfield relays from them about a year ago. They cost me $100. I installed them last week. They are both totally defective unusable garbage! I contacted them and they said to refer to there return policy which sates that they must have been returned within 30 days of purchase along with a 15% restocking fee! All this for defective unusable parts! They stole my money and supplied defective parts to me! BE AWARE IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL YOUR COMPONENTS IN 30 DAYS THEY WILL STEAL YOU MONEY FOR JUNK PARTS!

I have to say that I completely unimpressed with this organization. I ordered several part from the same manufacturer and needed them fast enough to justify UPS overnight shipping. All items were in stock yet they shipped out only half the order overnight.
No explanation was offered for why the rest was not shipped and the company sale rep was borderline rude when I asked to have the shipping charges refunded. They refused to connect me to a supervisor for further action.
My only recommendation for this organization is to find someone else, anyone else to do business with.
When a business invests extra scarce funds for overnight shipped there is a reason for that; it means it is needed and we don;t want to wait for happy hour or coffee breaks to have the order serviced.
In short they don't care. No wonder I am starting to prefer offshore suppliers.
I ordered 1/4" male phone plugs & got female 1/4" phone jacks. The photo of the item online shows a male plug. The "customer service" rep said that they had a disclaimer that the photo might not be accurate & it was up to me to look up the product description before ordering. The cart also showed a male plug. They told me too bad! Companies like this give internet sales a bad name.
I agree completely. The customer service rep I spoke with was VERY rude and blamed me for the errors on their website, and the misquote I received from another rep. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I recommend avoiding this supplier at all costs.
Horrible customer service, false information about stock levels, pricing and lead times on their website, errors on invoices.
