I ordered several items from them on November 20 and 21, 2025! I received my Christmas sweaters TODAY on January 5, 2025! I have been emailing and messaging them on Facebook for WEEKS! I still haven't received everything I ordered back in November. It has been a terrible, stressful holiday experience to say the least. They email you and don't answer your questions and LIE to you about when items are sent! Obviously, I want my money back or even a credit for the Christmas sweaters after the New Year to at least get something for the spring, BUT THEY DON'T TAKE BACK HOLIDAY ITEMS?! even though they were received AFTER the holiday never mind the items I still haven't received! They should be shut down on Facebook and Instagram IMMEDIATELY! There are HUNDREDS of complaints!

I need to add to my complaint that not only did I receive the Christmas sweaters today, January 5, 2026, after telling them via email several times that I do not want Christmas sweaters after Christmas, and they created a fake shipping label to make it look like they were shipped BEFORE Christmas, the only other sweater that came in the order non-holiday related, they sent the WRONG color! It just keeps getting worse with this company. Also, their return portal link doesn't work. It's not even a real link! No responses to my emails today either. They don't care or want to hear it. They just take your money!
