I made a purchase more than 2 weeks ago and the shipping is stuck on Pre-Shipment Awaiting item on USPS. I contact them online and they write back basically just telling me to wait for USPS to update their tracking. I have been in Retail management for more than a decade and they have the worst customer services especially for a smaller boutique. This store is not going to last with all these complaints about them. I’m losing out on a $71.20 jeans. Will never order from them again!
