Kroger review: generic brand for zantac

The news on TV told us to return to the place where we bought this medication that was recalled for a full refund, so we did, but the store refused a refund.
That seems a bit strange considering that it was all over the news, they even had special commercials about how dangerous this medication is.

Can you tell me the procedure needed in order to return the recalled medication sold by your stores?

The brand is Kroger. I was told to reach out to the manufacturer, so since Kroger owns Fred Meyer, I am reaching out here.
