Kogan Australiasamsung galaxy s8+ mobile - missing proof of purchase

I have sent x5 separate emails since 12th September 2019 requesting proof of purchase details for a Samsung mobile purchased in December 2018 & which has just stopped working. No response to date

Unfortunately I did buy it thru my account & do not have any proof of purchase except for a charge to my credit card & the coding on the box ( encl )in which it was received.

Purchased on Credit Card 21 Dec 2018 ex Kogan Melbourne Au $666.98
