Kmart review: very bad service ( 1 comment)

I had the worst experience ever @ kmart today! The layaway in the store was down so was the shop your way! The employees didn't seem to know anything about anything & were extremely rude! I went back to the store later after work because they said it would be back up by then but it was still down. I asked if the prices for the things they were holding for me would be the honored & the said they weren't sure & that the stuff might end up getting put back! & this was after the women in electronics had said the stuff would be held & the prices would be honored.
