Kmart review: customer service

I came into your store Sunday evening and bought about 8 small items. I went to the checkout and the lady in front of me had a lot of items so the clerk said I could go to the service desk to checkout since I didn't have much. I proceeded to the desk and the clerk didn't have anyone in line and I said the girl sent me over to checkout. She stated you only can checkout 5 items here and paused, I said I only have a couple items can you still check me out. "I GUESS" was her response and proceeded to check me out. My receipt popped out and she threw all my coupons away and just handed me the receipt "Coupons bring your customers back into your store" She was very rude and unprofessional! I've worked in retail for 19 years as a customer service manager and you always go above and beyond for your customers no matter what kind of day you're having. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere I'd rather drive out of my way to receive excellent customer service.
