I booked a flight with Kiwi.com for 04/09/2026. On the same day I had emergency surgery and could not travel. I submitted a medical refund request. They promised a 30-day response, then ignored me for a month. On October 6 they refused the refund. On October 7 they sent a contradictory message saying my request was still active. I lost 1,894.92 AED. I have all screenshots and medical reports.
