Kirby review: Customer service during door sales and door cleaning

I had a terrible experience with this company's sales team. They came to our door, offering a demonstration of a new vacuum cleaner and free stair cleaning, promising it would take only 25 minutes. Although we were open to the demonstration, we made our disinterest in any sales pitch abundantly clear! Firstly, one of the salesmen made racist comments about our nationality, leaving my family and me feeling extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, he showed strange and unsettling, perverted-like behavior towards me, a minor. It was truly unsettling. (tmi: I felt scared in my own house and hid in the kitchen for the whole duration they were at my house.) Secondly, another salesperson joined the conversation and was so overly aggressive. He showed numerous guilt-tripping and pushy tactics in an attempt to sell us the vacuum. Moreover, he criticized our house, describing it as "filthy and dirty," while also putting down our current vacuum. Both of them completely ignored our lack of interest, making the experience highly distressing. They said in the beginning that it would take 25 minutes but ended up staying at our house for three hours ! We repeatedly asked them to leave, but they persisted in pressuring us to buy the vacuum. The whole time they were there it was so stressful and loud :( Even worse, that night, we had plans to go somewhere, but they were stalling so hard. I watched as the first salesman literally packed up the supplies they used in slow motion, not even kidding. Anyway I think that it's really concerning that this seems to be a common problem within this company. I hope they can take real action because they are wasting so many people's time and money.
