King Soopers review: I'm just frustrated with king soopers again..

I called and the manager was really nice.. I don't have a car so I never just go back to resolve the problem bc its literally hours.. And the bus only runs once qn hour.. Is in part why so last time it was I was going to buy a spaghetti sauce and impulsive it said buy 5 or more get 5 $off.. Which was definitely impulse bc for one it was already a dollar more then what I usually buy and those were pretty much gone and I decided to bc with the dollar off that makes it the same price I usually pay well they didn't give me the 5 $ iff actually 6 bc I grabbed 6 to stock pantry.. I don't like shopping it takes forever and I don't like running out or not having choices especially for my child so.. I overstock for choices especially non perishable items and in uncertain times.. Ok thats pretty much it.. I was charges 6$I wasn't anticipating.. Boo.. Bc by the time I make it back.. That was 2 weeks ago id forgotten the receipt and it was that and another mistake that eas my fault.. Both losses adding up to about 21$booo.. So ok.. Nothing I can do about that maybe the cups tho I also impulse bought on clearance my fault completely I thought they were metal inside which is why I purchased.. But no.. I grabbed 3.. Bc they keep drinks hot and cold but plastic boo.. I don't even know anyone eho would want them so not soopers fault but last night.. Big boo.. Bc I was charged 18.22 extra.. Yes im a poor single mum and I use food stamps im really sorry for my situation.. But I do and why he charged me the ammount on the receipt.. Wich I paid then 18.22 cash wich I should have addressed right then but I eas pretty upset bc my child had been hitting me reallly hard with frozen fish.. Bc I took my phone away from him.. And then I was getting upset and a little bit loud bc he was bruiseing me and throwing things and hitting me (hes autustic.. Still booo) then a worker got in my face I was crying bc im not a really skilled mum. And it hurt and I was upset and it was unexpected and she said really mad touch him again.. Like a thrrat but I didn't touch him at all there were wittnesses and im sure cameras.. I simply took my phone it was allmost out of charge.. I needed it for the bus and I google questions... Its very helpful.. Soo ok and I dum me was still crying consealed hopefully bc the mask ect so I paid the 150$and then he charged me another 18.22 cash.. It s not on the receipt the charge was allready paid it doesn't show up at all exept on my cqrd and.. Geeesh.. Its allways something.. Seriously if you don't wstch the register and pay attention.. It overcharges for something every time.. True not true.. Both.. Depending.. That was yhe strangest tho bc I paid yes with food stamps.. Wich im really sorry about but I did it show s all of that and I have no idea what the extra 18.22 was for... Not a clue on the receipt.. Freaking bizarre.. Did the checker take advantage of my upsettedness ness or? Idk.. Strange complaint? Well the manager was really nice and idk. Thetes no clue so.. What do you do just say oh well bc I should have paid more attention in the moment do just take the penalty? Id at least like to understand
