I bought a Picanto on the 26th of March 2026 and the wireless phone charger was faulty. (Car still in the show room). The KIA technician checked it and confirmed it was dead beyond repair and needs to be changed. The car didn't even move from the show room and the process to get a new part started. I've been calling since then and the only answer I get is "we're still waiting for a reply".

Desired outcome: Have the part changed and let the KIA HQ in South Korea know about the very poor service and communication with clients in KIA "Tunisia"
