KIA Motors paint pearl white kia sorento

I have issue with paint peeling off front corner panel as well as roof dealer said not u set warranty when I took it in last year I am bid seeing this is an issue with other Kias and want to find what can be done. I am a single mom was so pleased to own this car washed waxed and vacuumed regularly as well as maintenance now I'm left feeling like I got taken for a fool to have to dump a few thousand on a paint job ive never had this issue with any other company

Sub: Poor Customer Service and Experience with the New Car Seltos
 
This is in reference to engine number D4FAKM852146 bought by me (Pardeep Kumar), purchased on 29 Sep 2019. The car has been facing "starting problems" right from Day 1, from the day I purchased the vehicle at the showroom the car did not start, the showroom mechanics did some work and assured that all things have been taken care of but to my disappointment the same problem is occurring ever since. It has been 5 times I have gone to various places with your mechanic to do deep investigation on what is the problem but every time I have heard a different excuse, sensors are loose, get out of the car and switch on and off twice and then restart etc. the problem still continues and none of your experts have been able to figure out the problem.
 
Does it ever happen the car does not start at the showroom itself, is this what is Kia all about? I spent lakhs of rupees on this model and all that I am doing id going to your workshops.
 
We are so disappointed with the quality of the product that in spite of spending such a high amount the car spends more time in the garage than on road. All promises by your people have been false and this clearly shows that is a poor quality product that you are selling in India.
 
I need a permanent solution to my problem or I need a replacement of the vehicle. I am not in a position to continue using this vehicle if this is the quality of the product or service. I am a businessman and I need this vehicle for travel, not having is making me spend lot of money by hiring a cab service. I would like to know are you guys going to pay for all the bills and expenses I am making?
 
I am looking for a long-lasting fix to my problem as this is not helping me in any way.

KIA Motors kia sportage gt 2017 engine 782414, chassis 179394

To whom it concerns,
Can you believe that from April 23, 2019 till now I cant use my kia sportage gt model 2017 because your agent did not get the spare part - clutch-
More than five months to get a spare part!
It is the worst service I had from kia, and the worst reputation ever for kia.
I can't move the car because it is not responding normally, who is going to pay for the car I rented for the last 3 months?
I called many times Eng. Mohamed mostafa the maintenance manager in the main agency in Abo Rawash, first he gave me a lot of excuses and promises and apologies and after he is not answering my calls, really it is a big shame.
Now, I don't have other solutions but making a complaint in newspapers and the consumer protection agency in Egypt.

KIA Motors boot release switch for 2019 cerato sports +.

The switch failed on August 14. Despite being told a replacement would be in Bendigo on September 4, it failed to arrive. I made numerous calls to the dealer and head office and nobody could/would tell me what was going on. Finally, today I'm told the part has been redesigned and will be in Bendigo by October 17. Why wasn't I told earlier? Very unprofessional! Why wasn't I given the option of a temporary replacement using the old version? It might have got me through until the new one became available. It's quick and easy to fit and not a safety issue, so I would have jumped at the opportunity. Instead of which, I've effectively had no boot for two months and when I was asked, I'd tell people I had no idea when it would be corrected. Very unsatisfactory and not a good image for Kia!

Bought Kia Rio Sedan in 2016, complaining the car dealer about the steering wheel was not able to do the steering lock. The Dealer advised me to send to the Service Centre and check. Once repaired and after a few month, it began to make a noise, Klik' Noise' when accelerate. i had to return back to service centre many times and they said it's a normal sound...

KIA Motors kia 2018 engine fire with 16 year old inside

My daughter was driving our kia approximately 10 days ago when something "popped," the car started smoking and then the engine burst into flames. The entire car was completely destroyed. We had had not trouble with this car before this. I am concerned because if she had been on a major highway and unable to pull over and exit quickly, I am not sure what would have happened. KIA Motors alan jay kia

I took my 2015 Kia Optima in to Alan Jay Kia in Sebring, FL due to moisture in my tail lights and I had a headlight out. I called a few weeks prior and spoke to Service manager Doug asking about my headlight, he got my VIN number and quoted me 250$ for my head light. I declined and never got it fixed. Ended up taking my car in for the moisture in my tail lights a couple weeks later and Sadie told me my head light is actually covered under warranty, after I had to ask if it was or not. Doug never offered me that information even after giving him my vin number. He never asked me is my car still under warranty or anything. Then I take my car in for the moisture in tail lights and find out that headlight is covered so Sadie makes me another appointment to come back to get tail lights fixed and headlight fixed when parts come in. I come in to my next appointment and Doug tells me that my car was already fixed, when there was clearly still moisture in my tail lights and he also told me I needed to pay 24$ per blinker now. Which the reason the blinkers don't work is because the tail lights defected and got moisture in them. I refused to pay for something that should have been covered under warranty. He argued with me and was very arrogant and rude to me and tried to make me pay for something that is covered under warranty, all in front of my 2 year old daughter and my mother. Very unprofessional and he is by far NOT what Kia says they stand for! And this is a MANAGER for goodness sake. I am 27 years old, and I have a couple more cars to buy in my lifetime, and not one of them will be a Kia for the simple fact that the nearest Kia dealership from me within an hour is Alan Jay, and I refuse to allow Doug to talk to me or treat me the way he has anymore, especially in front of my daughter. I love my Kia but I will be getting rid of it in the near future now. I'm so upset with Alan Jay Kia. I also got a response from Doug which was a complete slap in the face, he lied to me and told me he never quoted me for any price on anything which my mom was standing there for and hear everything. And unfortunately my daughter did as well and how unprofessional of him to talk to a mother the way he did in front of her daughter. I'm so unhappy with my experience with Kia and will never purchase another.

KIA Motors paint peeling on my 2015 sorento

My paint has started peeling on my door and by my windshield. Very poor paint job. Love my car but will not buy another. I had a body person look at it. Definitely a company issue. My car has never even seen salt or snow as I am in Florida in the winter. If the try to tell me it is a salt truck, they will be told. I am going to the dealership in a week but from the sounds of it, I will likely get the runaround like everyone else seems to get.

KIA Motors kearny mesa kia san diego ca.

reference complaint #[protected] . how can I send a follow up

On 9/14/19 I took my car to Team Kia of El Cajon Ca. I asked them for a second opinion of an engine tick/knock in my 2013 Kia Soul. They called me with 90 minutes and said I needed another engine. They asked me to provide the necessary service documents, to validate the warranty. I brought the required papers by and they proceeded fix my car. They were professional and courteous at all times.

I just wanted to let you know that in my opinion Kearny Mesa Kia San Diego, is not providing the customer service as other dealers. I think it all starts at the top with Operations Manager Cainen Wong. I was getting nowhere at KM Kia with recommendations for costly unneeded repairs. Mr. Wong approved these recommendations and told me, if I didn't like the recommendations, I could take my car somewhere else. I purchased my car at KM Kia and didn't want to go elsewhere. Mr. Wong basically chased me away with his unwillingness to solve my problem. Mostly his poor customer service and stern attitude . Thanks

I purchased my 2013 Kia Soul new at this dealer. I had my car serviced here for about 1-2 years. I filed a complaint about the dealer mentioned above on 9/4/19 #[protected].The complaint involved poor customer service by the Service and Repair Dept. They requested I waste money on unneeded repairs. I was told by Operations Manager Cainen Wong, to take my car to another Kia dealer if I didn't like their recommendations. He was very stern and not very customer friendly.
On 9/14/19 I took my car to Team Kia of El Cajon Ca. I asked them for a second opinion of a engine noise/knock. They called me within 90 minutes, because it was so obvious. They said I needed a new engine and I needed to bring my service records in to verify. Records were verified for my engine Warranty. They were friendly and very professional.

I just wanted to let you know that the customer service at Kearny Mesa Kia is below standard. I was getting nowhere at KM Kia and they wanted me to waste money on unneeded repairs. I think good customer service starts at the top. In this instance Cainen Wong Operations Manager provided the worst customer service.

Brought Our Picanto to Kia Penang Service Center on 4th Oct 2019 morning. Was done very short time. We went for drive to many place after that. To clean the car trunk we opened the engine trunk. When we opened the engine trunk we noticed the Engine oil cap or cover was missing. The technical team totaly careless and now we have to worry any dirt or foreign material went to the engine. Total upset and angry about this matter

KIA Motors migrating to kia seltos with buy back option

I have visited the showroom of vihaan auto dealer for kia seltos, I as of now have volkswagen vento 1.5tdi dsg highline plus diesel sedan which is just 9 months old which I bought after negotiation (on road price 17.31lakhs) I got it for 14.5lakhs — I reached vihaan auto for upgrading to kia sletos gtx+ petrol dct, the evaluator of the company quoted my vento sedan for 5.7lakhs which is seriously carelessness in handling the case and doing unprofessional way for evaluating the vechile and quoting a price of 5.7 lakhs, we have got the vento evaluation done at other car dealers where it was quoted as 10lakhs please — how come such a huge difference in evaluation between one car company to other — also a car which is just 9 months old if we take depreciation year on year also it will be 20%, we are fine to go with 10 or 10.5 lakhs as a final price as per the market.
Discussed with bmw, volvo, volkswagen, skoda... Where they quoted 10 lakhs as maximum.
Request your help in doing proper evaluation so that it will help me to go with the kia seltos gtx + dct please — I am selling the present 9 months old vento due to health issues please and nothing else.

KIA Motors part nr. 83417 d 9010

Hi,

i have a KIA Sportage 2017. following chassis Nr. KNAPR81CDH7294003 and my Left handside Back door small glass has broken and it is with above part nr. this car has been bought with privet glass. No where in the world i can buy the privet glass from non of the KIA dealers. the only thing that i have found now is in Europe a green glass and i am using foil to sicker it.

I find this quite unantiquated from KIA motors that they made a part and placed it on a car but don't have the part if something happens. also the car is only 2.5 years old.

can you tell me how i can get this part please.

KIA Motors regarding manipulation in booking

Sir, it is to inform you that I book my kia car on the above said car dealership on 20/07/19.that the officials of the dealership told us that they will deliver us car in first week of September . Now I am contacting and visiting them again and again but they dont have any satisfactory answer and postponing the matter on one pretext or the other and they are giving car to the people who have booked after my booking and as per there desire .i am shocked that no they are telling me that you will get the car in Nov. my booking is in the name of sh kuldeep singh s/o sh ram singh and my mobile no [protected], [protected].copy of the receipt is attached here with for your kind perusal.

KIA Motors service

I have tried reaching you all multiple times.
Have registered complaints through phone and via web portal also. But haven't received any response yet. The inexperience of Kia Motors India is showing up.

I have pre booked (on 12th July) my car even before official booking started. While booking executives promised to take me as priority and deliver my car before August end. On follow up they are still saying shortly will deliver your car.

I have sold my car based on your commitment and is suffering now. Kia motors have cheated me by promising early delivery while bookings and not delivering the same.

Dealer is just avoiding me and giving false dates. It looks like booing my car @Kia motor was biggest mistake. Dealer dosent helps, customer care just say will come back shortly and none of them respond untill I chase them. On follow up with customer care they say will come back to you but never respond back.

Have never seen such customer service which leaves the case open even days after complaining. Inexperience of Kia motor is showing now, God knows what will happen with car.
I strongly believe Hector is far better than Kia and more transparent also. They closed their booking and are very pro-active.

KIA Motors case of the missing oil x 2

For the past few days my 2014 Kia Forte has been slow to accelerate and losing power. Yesterday I took it into Dutch Miller Kia in Charlotte, NC for a diagnoisis expecting to learn of some sensor I needed to remedy the problem. Instead I am told that although (per my windshield displayed oil change reminder sticker) it is not yet time for my next oil change there seems to be little oil in the car. In fact, there is internal engine wear that has caused the missing oil to burn and also has burned out the catalytic converter. Unfortunately this repair is not covered because I have 107, 068 miles on the car and will cost approximately $4, 000. Of course I am stunned especially since this conversation was amazingly similar to the conversation I had in July 2016 at Fort Mill Hyundai when I was told that the oil in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata (that I had paid off that very week) has also mysteriously disappeared and that engine seized and must be replaced. For the first time I realized that somewhere deep inside I must have bought into the fact that I somehow was negligent with regard to my Sonata, why else would I purchase another car from the same manufacturer. I can't help but feel foolish as both cars now sit in my driveway. You know what they say...fool me once...you know the rest.

KIA Motors kia lorry aircon + service

My Lorry 2900 was repaired in KIA HK twice consequently for the aircon matters, but still not working. The technician there did not give answer seriously.
Eventually, they said the lorry needs to change the whole aircon system which costs a nig fortune. At the same time, we have no truck to be used for at least two weeks, which costs us more for renting another lorry to do the delivery!
Their boss, Mr. Mak, and Ms. Mak do not reply to us in a reasonable time.
We have no other alternative/no way to make a complaint...
How can we present our angry and dissatisfactions towards a giant like KIA?

KIA Motors reimbursement for repairs

It has now been nearly three months since I first submitted an invoice for reimbursement. I sent a follow-up to you close to a month later, and both e-mails have my address listed on them. You claimed the check went to an old address on file and that a new one would be out in one to two weeks. It's now over a month. I am beginning to understand why KIA has a one star rating on their customer care website.

Curiously, I'd like to know how this happens and why our company seems to be so bad at taking care of your customers. Is this the design and culture of the corporate structure? Are you all overworked? Does anyone actually care about customer service?

It's hard to imagine, and if it is the result of how the corporation approaches these matters, then I feel badly for you having to work in that kind of environment.

KIA Motors kia seltos faulty piece

Dear kia india team,
I purchased new kia seltos car on 23/09/2019 from west coast motors ahmedabad, gujarat. But when I take delivery from showroom car does not start, I think fuel may be not filled. Suddenly trying three four times engine start, after I was facing same issues many times, after I complained to dealer some people from workshop was come and check my car and they said now car is ready, after next day same issue repeat and I complained again and again driver came to my factory and take my car for repair and same time told me I will connect your car to software and reset all things now will never having issues, and next day I am facing same issue and I complained to dealer and force to change my car, and dealer take car return on 30/08/2019 and gave service car on 06/09/2019 (mahindra marazzo) and promise me to give new kia seltos car with in 4 or 5 days but till today (18/09/19) I not received new car. I am calling to sales manager daily he said your car is ready I will call you when its leave from kia india, but till today he was never call me, so kindly tell me what should I do.?

My optima is a 2013 Sxl turbo. I bought it in 2015 bc it was the demo car. It had 16k on it when I bought it. Got it for 28k. I also have the VIP package covered to 200k mi but smithtown kia tells me the because I didnt do every maintenance package with them (mileage intervals) that it reverts to 100k mile warranty.
