You would think if your taking your car to the dealership its getting the best Attention.
I have taken my car to Brandon Kia since 2015 for every service needed. My car is Meticulous, clean inside and out. I was a KIA brand supporter .
It has never dripped a drop of oil or puffed any smoke. It ran like a top.
All of a sudden my car Seizes from no oil being in it. Oil doesn't Evaporate.
You would smell oil burning or see smoke. There's no drips no sign of burning oil at the tail pipe. Once again oil doesn't evaporate there would be a sign. It would have to be burning pretty bad to be empty after being service and be empty before the next service.
The dealership wanted to charge me for another motor. When they are the ones that forget to put oil in it.
They wanted to Charge me $6K plus to replace my engine. After going back and fourth they said they would put
another motor in my car. I was Charged me $3k to get my Car back with a different motor in it,
I drove it home Saturday evening and noticed
My right headlight assembly wasn't working, no turn signal, headlight nothing.
I call leave a message I'm bringing It back Monday to be addressed. I live about 10miles from the dealership.
I get 3 miles from my house on the inner state and the car starts to run rough the light turns on and the motor shuts down.
Leaving me on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.
I'm doing the best I can do to stay calm. They really need to screen their techs, this is crazy. After reviewing their reviews this isn't the first time. The GM at this branch isn't helpful in anyway, his answer was to sell me a another car. With a typical salesman that wants me to spend has much as I can and give me nothing for mine.
My car was just paid off two months ago, Garage kept.
This has to be the worse experience I've ever had to deal with a dealership. No integrity, responsibility anything for someone that has been a loyal costumer for years. Something needs to done. They told me after the fact the motor was installed it has a 6 months warranty. What kind of warranty am I going to get now? It didn't last 30 miles.
