Dear KFC,
Yesterday i ordered from KFC 2 Combo Sandwiches, around 1PM, they bought me the food that remained from last night's shift. The food was too oily cold and tasteless, after eating a few bites I got a harsh stomach ache, i vomited everything, I called them several times but they didn't answer, KFC Egypt is really bringing KFC international image/reputation down, when I was in Saudi Arabia, i used to order KFC everyday it was amazing but here in Egypt, it's a suicidal mission. I don't know how will you react to this but I'm sure that you will take the right action toward them.

Service is terrible and no one care about customer support , i ordered KFC in ramadan and supposed to receive it before or after Maghrib , However susdenly i didnt recived it for more than 1:30 hours and me and my kids feast and supposed to have the food , when i called them to check my order they notified me that sorry tour order didnt qctivated because we have a problem with our visa link that you didnt receive it ! , They cancel the order without notifying me with that and they answer that we will order another one now and you will wait another 90 minutes ! , When i requested the supervisor they transferred me to Mr Mostafa Hassan who’s didnt care about any customer or his position i requested to support me to facilitate the delivery time and his answer with a very very unprofessional attitude i will make it 75 minutes as its not our fault ! The service start to be on ground once your staff cant handle or care about customers as they 100% sure that there is no monitor or action will be taken with him , Just ignore the customer request , i will mot leave my right and i need action and some one to call me to know whats happened with KFC egypt

My husband and I visited this KFCKFC El Sultan Qabous St Naama Bay, Sharm El sheikh on Saturday 4th February 2023 at around 2pm. I went to use the ladies and the floor was full of water due to a leak and there was no toilet roll either. I opened the door to leave and the door sprung back onto my ankle and the very sharp dirty metal plate at the bottom of the door sliced my ankle open from the top of my accelise to the bottom of the back of my left foot leaving a huge massive open wound and absolutely pouring with blood. I couldn't move or walk and shouted my husband for help from the ladies toilet door. He then proceeded to help me to a table and put immediate pressure onto the wound and alerted the man behind the counter (who I guess was the manager in charge that day) They both tried to stop the bleeding by applying pressure onto the wound. The man in charge helping then put water and iodine onto the wound and tried to clean it with cotton wool pulling the flap of skin right down on either side and then he applied cotton wool straight onto the open wound and he then applied a bandage over that until I was able to seek urgent medical attention from the hotel doctor who met me in the reception. The hotel was 5 minutes away in a taxi based at the Regency Plaza Aqua and Spa Hotel in Nabq Bay sharm el sheik. I have had to seek urgent medical attention at the hospital in England straight from the airport on 5th February 2023. I am currently having the wound checked, cleaned and checked for infection every 2 days with the district nurse and I am unable to walk without crutches. I have had to have an injection and been put on very strong antibiotics and penicillin along with pain relief. I am in constant pain with my foot and ankle. I am seeking legal advice as this is a health and safety issue and the metal is very very sharp on that ladies door and very dangerous as you can see from the photograph which was taken as i arrived at the hospital in England after it had been thoroughly cleaned before treatment.

i have ordered online no.9325845 and there was some items missing and i kept calling the call center and they told me the store manager will contact you and we will send you the missing items with no answer until today and the food was cold and not tasty at all
and the phones was recorded so please check and i need investigation

I would like to complain about marsa matrouh kornish branch
The food is very very bad
Too much oily chicken and fries
I swear agod the oil is very use old
The fries is very very oily and nasty
Clearly it is not KFC taste at all
It’s another’s new brand?!
The bathroom is dirty with no soap or even clean
The service is very poor
May be the stuff still fresh with no experience
I donot ask for refund or any other things
But really my stomach and my kids really hurted from this meal
Plz check my complain well and I am sure u will recive many complain from that branch
