KFC hard dry chicken strips

On July 6th 2017 around 630pm, we went to the Brookhaven Mississippi location. We ordered the number 11 which is the chicken strips and popcorn chicken, the strips were cooked too long and and was dry and hard. The popcorn nuggets were the same way. We have been to this location in the past during the day time an d the chicken was good. also, this has happen before at night. but i believe this time was the worse. Right, we have should have returned the chicken, but we was hungry, and didn't want to wait. Please fix this issue, we have been eating KFC for many years. Im not sure that i will return to this location anytime soon because of this issue. Some one needs to check to see what the problem is. If anyway possible i would liked to be given a coupon for two free meals. Thanks for your help.

KFC service 7-7-2017

Went during lunch off lagrange rd near chamberlain lane today. Was pouring down rain sat in car at drive thru for over 10 min just to have the clerk tell me it would be faster to come inside since all her line is getting chicken. What the heck? Duh... Isn't that what kfc is? Needless to say I didn't give an order I left and went somewhere else. Worse way to talk to customer not saying sorry for your wait. The thing is I don't complain at all ever and just the idea of that statement made me leave. The car in front left like I did and I thought there was an issue with the register or something so I know she lost more than 2 customers for talking and not greeting very well. Should not be behind the face of kfc is all.

KFC lack of chicken, potato wedges

Recently went to KFC, N Main St., High Point, was informed they were out of potato wedges and that nobody would go to the other store and get any.

Then next week, went to South Main St store, ordered grilled chicken and told they didn't have any ready, but it would be ready in a minute. She was really not interested in being there or helping me. I asked her to check how many minutes. She rolled her eyes and went to the back counter and then advised it would be twenty to thirty minutes.

Can't believe KFC would have no chicken ready at supper time. She advised just filled an order for 16 pieces which took all they had.

Both stores need better management and better trained counter help.

KFC denied to take change

Went to KFC in Antioch TN to order dinner for me and sister I was asking for 2 of the $5 special, lady was being rude from the begging, she asked me to come over the 2nd window because she wasn't understanding what I was saying, after I order I asked her if it was ok to pay with her with some change, I had like $7 quarters and some ones .The lady told me no, and I asked her why? Still money, she said no that she was the manager that night and that she would not take it, i asked her if she want me to go inside to count the money, the lady still saying that she won't take the money. I got upset and told her that I won't moved my car until I get the food. At that moment she asked us to come inside. Since I was driving I sent my SISTER, but later on I decide to go in. THEY ASK HER (11 years old ) to count the money I decide to start recording, I count the money with my sister in front of all of them (workers)and told them that my order was $10.93 and I was giving them $11 .00 NO ONE TOUCHED the money ( all of the KFC employee were laughing ) in our faces, everything is recorded.(I made a comment to the employees saying that the lady was been rude since the bigining and he say SHE BEEN DOING IT TO US After we count the money everybody walk away and left the money on the counter while we where just waiting for our food . After some minutes the lady comes back and said that she have to get approval from a higher manager that I have to wait for her manager to get my food. I took the money from the counter since they didn't took it and told them that I will be waiting outside. Later manager came and say sorry to us offering free food but at that moment after that experience I decide not to.

KFC customer services/ food quality

My hudsband and I always enjoyed KFC in past- however, this was the worst of worst & we did put in a survey with complaint, and did revieve a refund, however, when we walked in the same girl from previous visit was at counter smiling and asked us "you guys back for more?"we reponded - No - we are back to get a refund- then she just walked away from us - not even wondering why we were dissatisfied...nothing -Wow!
No customer service !
Even the manager in charge didnt even say 2 words, or ask us why we had such an unpleasant experience, Nothing!
Kfc - you lost a good custumer & i will be sure to let all our family& friends know.

KFC being sexually harassed by employees

I went to KFC on 35th Strret, near King Drive, in Chicago. After ordering my food, standing near the glass, I was subjected to an employee coming out from behind the counter to look at my behind, then another employee did the same. Upon leaving I was subjected to comments from the big black guy. This occurred at 3:30 on Sunday, July 2, 2017. I am a 51 year old curvy woman, but that doesn't mean I should be subjected to this type of treatment. I come from a family of twelve, with 75 nieces and nephews over 21 living in the toughest parts of Chicago, but chose to stay professional. I will be contacting an attorney by Friday because no mother nor grandmother should be subjected to this type of juvenile behavior. The manager was too nice to even take a stance. I'm asking that you contact the owner as soon as possible or my attorney will.

KFC the kfc staff & food

I' am complaining about the service and food. My husband and I dine in at the Kfc on Dawson road in Albany Ga. Restaurant # J718219. It was almost 3:pm when we got there. My husband and i chose the all you can eat buffet but, Before we got in line to pay for our meal, I walk over to the buffet bar to see did Kfc have what i wanted. I looked at the vegetables and the mash potato container was empty, the chicken looked hard and dry. I asked one of the ladies that was bringing out more vegetables a questions about the collard greens because i can't eat greens that comes out of a can .. The lady told me that all of the vegetables came out of a can. My husband and I waited at the front counter until someone finally waited on us and we sat down taste the food.. I was absolutely frustrated with my husband going back and up to the buffet bar trying to see did the server put some more fresh hot chicken wings on the food bar, besides " two wings at a time up there.. When my husband goes back up to the food bar again..! The kfc staff are not smiling at all, it was hot in the restaurant, flies was trying to land on our food so we tried to cover our food with some brown paper towel that was so hard to the touch! Not to mention that i was walking with a crutch. We did not like the terrible servIce we had to endure on July 3, 2017. We will never eat there again! Mr. & Mrs Mortimer:

KFC extra charge/total sum charge not correct as per receipt?? # c301033

Gents,
Happy 4th of July,

Please advise with the following
first why I have to pay extra charge for exactly the same meal order but different branch as per attached receipt.

Second why the total charge in the receipt is not matching with the total individual items as per attached receipt.

When I asked the supervisor why the prices are different than the other branch ( 8142 Talbert Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646) the answer was really disappointment ? she said its owner responsibility.

Then asked here why the total receipt charge in the receipt ($ 18.61 )not match with the total of individual ites ( $ 16.83 )? she don't know why ?

Finally I have to pay $ 18.61 to avoid hassles as I have limited time with my wife & three kids.

Please fix such issue ASAP, by this poor management, discrepancies in prices, poor customer service those people will affecting the business reputation.

KFC concern about $5.00 chicken fillup meal pricing...

My name is John Berry, i live in Houston Texas. Here is my question, the other day i went to a KFC and ordered the 5.00 chicken fill up meal, as advertised locally. I was charger 5.25 for the order, two pieces of chicken, a cookie and a drink. Why do you'll advertise a 5.00 meal and charge 5.25?. Has there been a price change on this meal deal and KFC has not included this in it's advertisement? This is confusing. Shouldn't this *price be uniformly across the board..? Would appreciate to hear your feedback

KFC bad serves

we went to our restaurant 0670002. my mom said that she never had any complains about this one . will first thing we order our 3 tender boxes an 2 of our famous bowls we didn't get the chip cookie with none of the order, they didn't get me sauce for me tender, the famous bowls didn't have gravy, an corn in them, my mother order a Pepsi they didn't have any an my mom order some corn the didn't have none so I was very unhappy with our restaurant my order was a little over $20

KFC wendy - manger

I went to KFC in Norwich, CT where I waited in line for close to 20 mins for my food. We get to the window and we pay and get our drinks. While we are waiting for the food, Wendy the manager, see me says eWWW look at her nasty [censor], spit on her food. I immediately demand a refund and to speak to the manger. That's when I'm told she is. I ask for the number to the person above her and am told they don't have it. Wendy- use to be my upstairs neighbor. We never really spoke but she likes to party which by all means- feel free. When I complained one night at 3am when her music was blasting like crazy she turned against me and hated me. Regardless of issues you have with people when you're a manager, it's completely unacceptable to treat someone like that. I had my children in the car and they had to go without lunch and go wait somewhere else because she had to act like a child. Wendy from Norwich, CT KFC- needs to be fired. This is not how you represent a company!

KFC $22.01 chicken bucket with 2 sides

I just paid $22.01 on July 3 for an 8-piece chicken bucket with 2 sides at 600 Paterson Plank Rd, Union City, NJ 07087. When I got home, the chicken filled only 1/3 of the bucket. I had to get back in my car, drive back to kfc, and told the manager I was angry that I paid $22.01 for the meager amount of chicken I was given & told her I wanted a refund. I will never use kfc again & will share my experience.

KFC food poisoning complaint

I purchased a eight piece meal Saturday around 3:30 pm. My two sides were mac and cheese and cole slaw. Saturday around midnight I began feeling sick on the stomach and throwing up and diarrhea at the same time. It has continued to progress up into today which is the 3rd of July. I am highly disappointed in the service provided to me in good quality. I spent 18 years in the Army in food service where I am Serv Safe certified, Contracting Food Service Officer and many more courses in food service. I would like to file the complaint against you store located in Dothan Alabama off Reeves Street. I attempted to contact the manager and both times the phone call was dropped. It is imperative that all staff and managers alike take their job seriously. Please feel free to contact me to resolve my concern or I will be contacting my lawyers to pursue a lawsuit.

KFC chicken wings

I brought a meal with three pieces of chicken, a breast, thigh, and wing. For $10.00 the food was hot and fresh. Although my wing was so small it looked like a chicken nugget. Because of my income I only have extra money at different times of the month, KFC is one of things I buy. The food is expensive for my budget so I was very disappointed when I seen the miniature wing. I've sent a picture with this.

KFC service

I am a worker at the KFC in leitchfield ky. I have worked there for almost 2 years and it has not been any better. my boss Carrie Always has weekend off, and sometimes leaves in the middle of her shift and doesn't come back for about an hour or so. She favors her wife Carlita by asking people to cover her shift, telling her she doesn't have to go in, or if Carlita doesn't want to work she doesn't have to and she never closes. These past few night we have been getting out at midnight because one of our managers named Cassie will stay on her phone in the office and not help us. July the 1st I worked a 10-3 shift and I did not get my 35 minute break that a minor is required to have. My friend also worked the same shift, is also a minor, and they gave him a 10 instead of a 35. Yesterday on July the second we did not get out of there until about 11:50. My manager Cassie made us clock out at 10:45. We were working off the clock and didn't get paid for it. I would like things to be fair, and my managers to do their job but I usually end up helping everyone because my manager Cassie will be on her phone in the office or taking a smoke break. I would like for things to be fair, and everyone to help. It is hard handling a buffet, a lobby, and packing orders. It would be great if things could change.

KFC quality of food very poor

I went to the Taco Bell/KFC store #024571 in North Port, Florida yesterday July 2, 2017 about 8:00pm. There were very few people at the store and I got waited on quickly. The first problem I encountered was that this restaurant had stopped serving the chocolate cake that they have had for years. When I got my order home, my wife, who had ordered the chicken tenders said that they were so old and re-heated so many times that there was very little edible chicken on any of the 6 chicken tenders. I had ordered the original recipe chicken and it was some of the worst chicken I have ever gotten from KFC. My wife called the store and the manager said she would replace our order. I just wanted your company to know that I have eaten KFC food for years and this is the first time I ever received such horrible tasting food. If this is what your company is selling for food, I don't ever want to eat KFC food again.

KFC product & service complaint

I went to the KFC in Laurel, MS on 724 Chantilly st. Not only did our food take an unusually long amount of time to come out, when I finally recieved my food, the fries were old and my chicken sandwich was extremely hot. I took one bite and scorched my mouth and tongue. It was so hot that the meat hissed as it released heat. I visited on July 1st and a day later my tongue is still burning and I have not been able to enjoy the food during my 4th of July experience. Food should not be served at such high temperatures without warning the customer.

KFC customer service/product usually not available

I once heard a man say that he ran his business with this simple maxim: People, Product, Profit. In that order.
I live just down the street from the KFC on Tanque Verde Rd. in Tucson and I’m sorry to report to you that I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this particular location. This store is truly one of the most unreliable for delivering the product that KFC is so famous for. I've submitted a complaint about this location about 2 months ago, but this same thing is some form or another has occurred at least 10 times or more at this particular franchise. Basically you can never count on getting a piece of KFC chicken here!
On this particular evening I arrived 20 minutes before closing to find one of the staff taking the trash bags out of the containers at the entrance. The chairs in the lobby were already stacked on the tables. The young man who was taking out the trash returned to the counter to 'wait on me', but I could see behind him that the entire store was ready to close. There were a few pieces of chicken but you could tell that these folks were ready to leave. When the young man told me they were out of chicken, which to be honest I was almost sure was going to be the case, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me that they had only a certain amount of chicken allotted for each evening and they were out. This is unacceptable to me and I hope to you as well. I simply wanted the unique product that you at KFC promise and that I’ve always gotten at every KFC on the planet. But at this location I encountered people who seemed not to care whether or not I get your product or not. What they seem most to care about is leaving. So I’ve resigned myself never return to this location again. People are what you lack here. Could it be that the pay is so poor that you cannot people of quality to deliver your product? Whatever the case, this will cost KFC more money, & time than it will save in the end. Thank you.

KFC buffet procedures, customer service

On Sunday 7/2/2017 around 7:00 pm went in to have buffet for 3 and there wasn't hardly anything on the buffet, so when I asked the lady at counter if she was going to put more food out she said she would try but there was only 2 of them working and that they was short handed. I understand all about being short handed but their was already people eating off the bar and it was empty. About 10 minutes later three girls came in being loud and one of them was the counter employees daughter wanting free food she told her daughter that she could not do anything until 9:45 come back then, she told her daughter that it was 7:30 and no more food would be put on the buffet. Now she just sold 3 or more buffets since we came in with probably no knowledge of this, since when do you stop serving food an hour and a half before you close, and not let customers know, my husband is disabled and eats slower so needless to say we left hungry, not satisfied at all. Just one more thing another customer came from ladies bathroom and said that the floor was wet and yes no wet floor sign out, she told the same lady about it and she said oh I know its bleach some one peed on the floor, I didn't need to hear that while we were eating, not to mention that ladies shoes and pants are ruined from walking in bleach. This needs to be resolved we love eating there customer service needs work.

KFC chicken pot pie

I was eating my chicken pot pie and got poke in the mouth with a sharp object and it was a piece of bone. It hurt my mouth. If a elderly person or a young child was eating this could have caused a major problem. A cut in the mouth or it could have gotten stuck in the throat and a person could choke on.Please be aware of the bones in your product. Thank goodness I did not swallow this. I will be thinking twice on buying anything from KFC again.
