Yes I'm not getting my money they are not knowing what to do with my case I am locked out of my account already been verified multiple times now submitted all identity identity identifications and my money is being direct deposited into someone else's account that I cannot even get to myself to change direct deposit because I don't have access to. I have a large sum of money that I cannot do anything with I am been doing this for about 2 months now trying to get this resolved so here I am writing this on this wall to hopefully get some kind of answers I am half tempted actually I am I am going to be contacting the news and a lawyer on this matter so hopefully someone reads this and realizes that this has gone on too long thank you have a wonderful day be hearing from me

Desired outcome: They they tell me they cannot help me they don't know what to do
