I was called into my the office by my manager that I forgot the walkie talkie on over night. We had a discussion in the office. I told her how I felt and said I was going to wait on my customers. I went back up front to the register and started waiting on customers. She went back to the work area where donation are brought and started talking about what was said in our meeting to two of the employee that where back there working. I customer over heard her telling them. She told one employee she was going to fire me. I went to the priest at our church and visited with him and two board members. Then my manager called for a store meeting and was targeting me throu the whole meeting. Then she cut my hours. When she hired me she knew I was wanting full time. Her Nephew quit and she hired another girl. The boy that worked before me she was yelling at him in front of customers and the customer called the police because they where scared for his safety. Since I started in February I have notice a lot of things I didn't think were right. I was talking to a couple of board member on the situations. I know of at least four past employees that she has pushed out. Now she is doing the same to me. What are my rights and an employee.
I could go on forever Of how she is treating me bullying targeting and intimidate. Passed employees that I know of Kerisha Dunlap, Eli Hale, Karen and Amanda Which I will Have to get their last names. I never signed my write up she did on me.

I was terminated because a fight broke out in the store where I worked that I had no knowledge of. One of the persons in the fight was a disgruntled ex and he lied and said I was yelling at him. There were 3 witnesses that were there that saw it all. I was not rude and did not yell at him. The company didn't even investigate it, they just fired me on the spot.
Payments not received, lies, scams, theft
I Nichole Cochrun have yet to recive my Last pay check from Mamadeauxs resturant. I put in over 50+ hours making 8.00 dollars an hour as a server. Only there being 2 servers there was no days off besides Sundays. i had been workimg there since the beginning of march an decided to Quit an leave due to unproper treatment to empolyees an failure to pay! ive reached out plenty of times asking my status of pay An have yet to get a response from Quenettra Purdy (aka QUE purdy). i also Know that i am not the only Person that she has done this Too. previous empolyers not just myself have had to either Wait months Or NOT recieve there pay, that is rightfully theirs as well. i would this to get resolved by getting my money That i worked hard for . i would like someone to look into Mamadeauxs buissness, she should not be running one if cant pay her empolyees.
Also am aware that the labor borad has other complaints on her about this as well . if this is a continuos thing WHY IS SHE NOT STOPPED . please help

Unfair treatment
A manager and I hot into a argument and she threw hot soapy water in my face and both manager was tag teaming up on me and calling me names such as stupid dumb b×××× and then the next day I go into work and I get told I'm being suspended for insubordination and this happened on the 26 of January I been told it'd being investigated and it's been over a week my DM and GM are avoiding me when I try and talk to them about it what do I do?
On January 26, 2019 Makayla Knox and Jennifer Martinez had felt the need to gang up on me as Jennifer had said were your boss and you have to do what we say and and all rude and makayla said yeah we can make you do what we want and if you don't we can tell Charlie and then makayla had said to Jennifer that they better not or I would get told on by me and get them in trouble for something like I did Elizabeth and yeah it made me mad and I told them tk shut up talking to me bc that's none of their concern and Makayla said it her best friend and I told her just in winfield she was saying the opposite and Makayla told me to just shut and called me a dumb [censored] and I told her she's the dumb one and then Jennifer had said that Charlie isn't going to make me a Manger bc their always having to do my job and I said like hell and so when the time came t ok soak the floors I told Jennifer I would do and grabbed the mop bucket and a drop got on her and so then she picked it up and threw it at me on my legs and then she felt the need to throw it in my face and I was going to throw a bucket on her but then I thought about it and decided ot wasn't worth it. No matter what we can not work together bc they want to tag team on crew this has been going on since Jennifer became a manager they act like they are better then everyone and treat them like crap I'm not perfect at my job but I try to always be better and be good to improve my skills to succeed in the wendys cooperation show them that I can be a great manager to the company. There was something s that could have been done differently but when enough is enough and you have had it you just break I'm human and they know how to push my buttons and that's exactly what they had set up to do that night. I don't understand why I am always the one who gets in trouble for this stuff that happens all the time when we three work together but it's not fair to me. If I need to I will take this to the cooperate offices and higher ups bc this has been the treatment I get from them every time we 3 work together. Unethical behavior
I used to work for Package Development Corp as the office manager. In the past year I have noticed on an ADP report Ian Arnold (owner/president) gave me to get the employee files compliant, that he is paying a check to his 3 children (all under the age of 12) and his wife - who does not work there.
Also, in February when the ice storm hit I was unable to get my car open to get to work. I offered and did work from home. He not only accepted the incoming shipment I spent the two days coordinating (a commercial air dryer coming from China), but he also charged me two vacation days for the week to make 40 hours, even though I worked from home and was listed in payroll as "salaried".
Today, I got to work and he asked for my keys. I packed my stuff to leave an when I checked my bank account this morning he had reversed my payroll check causing my bank to incur bounce fees for the gasoline I purchased on the way to the office when I saw he had deposited payroll. It is my understanding a reversed direct deposit must have notice given.
I do have a payroll advance that he still had a week of work to pay on next Friday that he could have taken that funding from rather than put my account in the negative today.
I have documentation all of these events if needed to file a claim against him for unethical behavior.

The company is paying employees cash to avoid taxes in certain instances. Secondly, two employers are working together and allowing one person to claim hours so the other can avoid taxes and child support. The employee in one case allowed his spouse to claim hours he worked so he could receive partial unemployment. The owner is Dave clift. The employees are kayleigh burr and Donald ramos.
Cruelty
Kansas Department of Labor located at 401 SW Topeka Blvd in Topeka, KS 66603 allows the Kansas Offset Program to withhold your ENTIRE unemployment fund. What is the purpose of filing your unemployment benefits if they are going to withhold the ENTIRE amount? I think this is unusual punishment and cruelty. You can't leave a person destitute. Kansas has very complicated laws at times. It is what it is. Just be careful.
For Months I've been waiting for my Kansas unemployment. I've not been paid from July 16th to October 7th I would like to know what's going on will I get paid

Employer refuses to release final paycheck. Terminated Thursday aug. 11 2022. Next scheduled playdate is today wed, aug 17 2022. Have called employer multiple times, text as well. Received text in response stating " would try to have it ready tomorrow or next week" refuses to pick up phone calls.
