in March and April I went to Kays to have my battery replaced. Was told they was on back order. I had made three trips over there. They. Called to let me know that they were in. Here it is again I have made several more trips again. They are still out of batteries at this time. I have brought 3 watches from your store and 2 of them require batteries at this time. It has been a real inconvenience for me to keep going back and they are still out of batteries. I submitted a letter before this one not sure if it was received
