They even called me when I moved to make sure they had the right address. I got a chain for my brother who lives in another state and they emailed me to double-check the info. I was kinda worried about buying jewelry online, but once I found Hawaii Rope Chains, I never bought gold from anywhere else. No need to when HRC is reliable. The way they pack and seal the packages, you know for sure your stuff is in there. All my 10 items were sealed the same, like a machine did it.
