My son purchased a ring on the 19th in Conyers, Ga store. Three days later Kay had put the money back on his card. He called; they claimed the ring was out of stock. We spoke with customer service and they said, they had 1000 rings in stock. CS placed the order for us. I paid for the ring on my card this time on the 24th. Today, my money is back on my card. Why are they doing this to us? We want that ring. It has been paid for twice. Why are they not honoring the sale? They have ruined his engagement celebration for Christmas. Now I can't get anyone. Please help us get this ring. I am going to call the BBB and the local news station for help. It is not our fault that Kay Jewelers had a $3,499 ring listed online for $1,000. We bought it and deserved to get the ring, not our money back. We do not want a refund. I want to speak to someone in corporate and not another CS person with no authority to rectify this situation.
