I was living with my daughter up until first of May,2025, we we decided I would be happy in an assisted living apartment since I wanted my privacy,and felt as a married couple, and family, they should have theirs.
I found items thru Wayfair and was approved for Katapult. My address was showing my daughter's and my new Apt. address. Katapult asked for my in date driver's license and a copy of my lease, both were sent to the Services Team 3 times. I am still unable to check out and receive my furniture. I am a little 'ole lady in a nice new Apt. with a bed and a box for an end table, no sofa,no island,etc... Can you please help me out? I am only asking that my furniture be ordered, delivered, and I can begin paying the monthly fee.
