I called and booked my reservation. He repeated everything back to me which was correct. I received the email and the name was incorrect as well as the flight/ time we were returning home. I called back they told me I had to cancel and re book. Waited 30 minutes, no one answered, hung up and called back. spoke to a supervisor which had me go through the whole process again and she now tells me that the amounts have changed and now I have to go from $830 to over $1, 000. All because the employee entered it in incorrectly. I am furious because I have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to book and still no flight.
