I placed a same day flower deliver yesterday. September 18. I paid. I got a confirmation number. The delivery never came. I called customer service only to find it's not an actual florist, it's an off site cs service. No reason as to why the flowers weren't delivered. I asked to have it delivered today but am not feeling confident. I regret using this service. Never again.

Claimed loss: Approx. $100 including tax.

Desired outcome: Please deliver the flowers I paid for.
