I ordered a vase of daisies that was not available in the area, so a Just Flowers rep offered a replacement of wrapped daisies (guess that meant no vase was available). I agreed to the replacement and from the picture I received, the flowers were multi-colored daisies vice the yellow and white I preferred. Also, the birthday balloon did Not arrive and they did agree to issue a refund. Overall, I was expecting same-day delivery and a better arrangement.

Recommendation: Verify first that the company can fulfill what you order and that if they can't, make sure they provide a adequate replacement.
