JustAnswer cancellation

Hello, i cancelled my account right after i asked a 5$ question, i made sure because i didn't want to get charged extra, but guess what, i was charged, I've done some research and this has happened to many many people, but there is no way i can spend 29$ on an answer website, i want my money back, there is no advertisement of no full refund, this is ridiculous please give me my money

JustAnswer unauthorized charge on my credit card.

On 11/27/2019 Just answer made a $46.00 membership fee charge on my credit card. I did not authorize this charge, nor do I want to be a member of this service. I received no prior notification or paper statement of this fee. I wish to have it credited back to my card and my name removed from their roles. Prior to this charge I was installing a Roku system on my TV and had a technical issue. I contacted Roku and was directed to the Just Answer website. They helped me with this issue and I was charged $26.00 which I felt was an exorbitant fee, but decided it would be too much trouble to dispute the charge. But this $46.00 fee is entirely out of line with the fact I had no prior approval.

JustAnswer need to cancel

I need to cancel and have contacted them from 11/19 till 12/05 4 different times and they say they connect me with expert and they send me to another sign up page with charges and then if you dont fill out you can not respond again to them and again I email them and "live chat" and I tell them I'm going to contact BBB and again they do the same thing

My name is Heather Lesley Ross. I have been having an amount of $78 withdrawn from my CC on a monthly basis plus overseas transfer charge.
This is currently being investigated by the CC company as I was unable to contact your company.
There has been no such agreement for this charge and I request it desist immediately and full compensation for the amounts withdrawn plus the transfer fees be returned to my account.
If this is done within 4 working days I will request my CC company to stop their investigations as I will consider the matter resolved.

JustAnswer taking a membership fee without my authorisation!!! not happy!!!

I paid initial £3 to start a short conversation with just answer only to find out £29 taken on the same day as well without my authorisation. I cancelledj my membership the very same day and request an immediate credit back into my account Of £29. Not impressed at all that it's automatically been taken. If I do not get a refund I will pursue this further through the small claims court.

JustAnswer membership

I had a free trial, and I asked 1 question. Now I see a $40.00 charge on my credit card. Again I asked 1 question during the free trial period, how am I to get charged $40.00? This is not a very fair practice this so called company is using. Please for me could you check into this matter ASAP. If this cannot be rectified in a fair manner, Than it would leave me no choice to drop this so called company like a bad habit.

JustAnswer $nz70 charge on my visa credit card tonight for alleged help which I did not get. I want a refund pls.

About a week ago I had trouble getting into my Google account . Google wanted my
password which I did not have. After contacting google and a live chat person, I was vectored on to JustAnswer.com of which I'd never heard.

I agreed to pay $US2 for trial help but when I was offered an expert for $70 I said I was not paying any money for such alleged help. End of story.

My daughter subsequently solved the problem by finding my password.

Now JustAnswer is trying to wheedle $70 from me. Pls refund the $70 which is hanging fire for payment by the Bank of NZ here. The last 4 digits of my BNZ Visa card are ...7203

JustAnswer withdrawal of money from my bank account without my authorisation

My name is Kerry O'Reilly & I contacted Just Answer about 4 - 6 weeks ago about my hotmail address problem. I had to give credit card details to pay for $5.00 for them to tell me I had a problem! Please fork out another $66.00 & they would have a closer look! Get [censored]ed! Never had any more contact with them again - ever! I managed to fix the problem myself eventually. today 2/12/19 my bank balance show Just Answer has credited $66.00 out of my account - no notification, no invoice, no receipt - NOTHING! That is called [censored]in stealing, STEALING! What gives them the right to [censored]in steal money out of someone's bank account? I want the transaction reversed & the money put back into my account or action will be taken & police notified.

JustAnswer overcharged for service

Their site claimed to continue it would be $28/mo, they then proceeded to charge me $60. complete rip-off and they are liars. I tried contacting them both using their robot "chat" which just gave a link to continue and spend more money just to file a complaint. And by phone to some guy in India who just blew me off. I had to cancel my card and will have to wait for a new one because of this!

JustAnswer ford mechanics

I told my husband to use this service because I had used the attorney site and had a good response. There ford mechanic sent text messages but the site was hanging so we were unable to send messages then we requested a call, 24 hrs passed and no incoming call just more crap text messages. Then they have the gall to charge 26.00 for a call we didn't get, wonderful company you are. I'd like the 26.00 fee refunded it was a service that wasn't provided.

JustAnswer credit card has been charged without my authorisation

I made a call for an issue and i was supposed to pay $5.00 for one time use .I never accepted to be a member of the group .Now that i received my bank statement and to my surprise l have seen that your company has charged me $66.00 as a membership fee which l never signed for
.Membership number is [protected] CA.
I will ask you to immediately cancel this non authorised membership and to have a refund for that amount immediately.

JustAnswer just answer online veterinarian

I contacted the online veterinarian with a question about my kitten. It was a weekend and no veterinarian hospitals were open and I needed an answer quick as it was a young kitten. I was texted by a veterinarian and paid for each of those but at the end of it all I stated I wouldn't need service again. I'm disabled and can't afford the extra money coming out each month. They have tried twice now to charge $29 to my account and I can't find a way to cancel. Please help me cancel

JustAnswer unauthorised charges to my current account!.

From what I can recall, I contacted Just Answer back in July / August 2019 and paid a nominal amount for my query & answer.
That was the only time I've contacted them, yet I have just discovered that £40 payments have been taken from my current account in Sept, Oct and now November, this last one was the one I noticed and had alerted me to the problem. From talking to my bank HSBC, I am led to believe that the charges were made via my debit card?.
My bank has blocked any further approaches from JustAnswer, but I need to find out how to get my £120 refunded and how to speak to someone in this rip off Company.

JustAnswer service, no one could assist with fault finding

Date 23/11/2019, contacted the so called expert with a new Ipad I purchased for my son, but the screen rotation did not work, after a few attempts of advice I decided to take it back the next day, when closing the screens, a pop up appeared, giving you an option for some tech to remotely activate the device with a cost of R 599, I did not take the option and closed up, I exchanged the device the next day, only to receive an sms on the 24th that R599 were deducted from my account, who authorized that.

JustAnswer the funds withdrawn from my account without permission

When i signed with "Justanswer, experthelp, i was told that before the inital 7 days, I will be notified as to whether I want to continue with you.
I WAS NOT EMAILED OR NOTIFIED IN ANY WAY OR FORM!
YET, I AM FINDING THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN $92 NZD FROM MY ACCOUNT.
i WANT THIS TO STOP.
AND I WANT MY FUNDS RETURNED TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE.

I DO NOT WANT NOR WISH TO USE YOUR FACILITIES.

JustAnswer billing

I asked one question to this site about missing a court date. I paid the one time fee and do not remember that I would have to cancel since I thought it was a one time charge. I called today because I was charged $46 on my debit card. I would like a refund and was told I could not receive one. I'm not happy about the fact they took my info to use beyond the one time charge. Please send me proof I agreed to pay a monthly fee.

JustAnswer online answering of questions service

I signed up yesterday for a free trial. I asked a question. The answers were ludicrous. Both "experts" copied and pasted from a simple Google search and clearly knew nothing about what I was trying to research. I then tried to cancel my trial membership and the cancel page and the contact page are not working. 11/23/2019 . I just want out of this service before I am charged the full membership fee in seven days.

I briefly joined just answer then cancelled my membership immediately as it did not satisfy ny needs. Today 24 / 11 2019 I find my AMEX debit card has been charged $66.00. I tried to enter Just Answer to explain the situation but the app stated that it had no record of me. Secondly there is no Just Answer app in my computer apps, I am using Windows 10.
I want to make sure that My details are totally deleted by Just Answer Company, that the $66.00 is refunded / returned immediately and that I receive no further communications whatsoever from Just Answer, thankyou.

JustAnswer membership

On 26 August, 2019 I had a computer problem, and understood that the response was within a trial period, however since then I have had monthly deductions of $US58.71 from my credit card. This is a non authorised deduction because I have not registered as a member, so first will the deductions cease and second I want a refund of my deducted "membership" payments please.
