Just Eat review: Unsolicited erroneous delivery to my address resulting in serious accident / loss

my dog got hit by a car the other night, idiot driver delivered to the wrong address wasn't for me, didn't even wait at door, left a package on door step , knocked and proceeded to leave. As I opened door and tied to tell them it wasn't for me my dog got out past me through door and ran into road and got hit by a passing car, tried to stop the car before it hit him but too fast, and spent the next few hours trying to find/catch him, as he ran off scared and injured. eventually with the power of Facebook we found him and got him to a vet, trying to resolve as vet bills are in the thousands.

have complained to company but little to no avail as no response from their compliance team since I raised my concerns 3 days ago, idiot driver has since come to see me insisting that the app had directed him to my address and could I withdraw my complaint as he can no longer work for just eats.

ps. the delivery was a bottle of spirits for which an age verification was supposedly required but not carried out.
