I have been a customer of Juno since 1998, subscribing to their Megamail. I am billed $21.95 a year for this with service billed each year in November, and automatically deducted from my credit card. This year on 11/10/25, without any notice whatsoever, they deducted $29.95 from my credit card. I have emailed customer service/ billing dept. multiple times explaining to them that without any prior notification, it is very unethical for them to raise their price without telling me, but I am getting nowhere. Customer service answers me, but just ignores my complaint. I think they should refund me the $8.00 additional fee this year, and starting next year in Nov. 2026 they can start charging me the $29.95, but they keep referring me to technical support even though this is a billing issue. It even says on their website that they will provide at least a 30 day notice of any fee increase, but they lie!
Claimed loss: $8.00 fee
Desired outcome: Please refund me the $8.00, and apologize for not providing notice of the fee increase. Let the fee increase happen on next year's billing in 11/26.
