I got my package yesterday, a phone techno w5 lite after allowing it to charge, I powered it on and it immediately started to reboot itself and it keeps on poping the message that unfortunately some apps have stoped, its gives me so much trouble I would really love it if you exchanged it for me and replaced it with a better working phone. I don't expect a new phone to behave the way it is. my phone number is [protected].

I bought my phone in August this year through Jumia Kenya in Nairobi,. It has been rebooting itself and has done so about 6 times since I bought it. However today, it went off and could not restart. I cannot power it on. The screen is black with only the green light flashing. I tried charging and the screen did not show anything. I tried calling it but it is silent and I got a message that the number is unavailable.

on 15th april, i placed an order for art supplies and smart watch. it is to be delivered on6th may. i made all the payment need. on wednesday, i went back to check my orders but could not find them.
My Jumiapay balance was removed when I was to pay for a new order whuch payment was not successful due to bank OTP delay.
I ordered for a player then you guys cancelled my order without even informing me. So then why would you do that. You know what it does not matter coz you just listen to complains and do nothing. Why do we bother
When it comes to doing business, not everybody would want to expose their financial details. Ain't conversant with my current method of payment. I want payment on delivery back to be restored back to my app. Thank you.

i bought, 5 products from jumia egypt its cost over than 130$, i wanna know where is my shipment no one tell me i call jumia in hotline they hold me on voice mail then end the call, i try to send jumia massage on Facebook no one replay except robot script, its very bad Experiment

I made a payment via jumiapay and then I was given an order number but was later called that my order has been cancelled that my refund will be done within a range of 32hrs ... And here we are still nothing in my account I called several times but no official worker picked just their voicemail
