Jumiablender and delivery service

I ordered some items on Jumia and prepaid via jumiapay. Items are being delivered in parts.
The crux of my writing is the poor delivery service and product handling. THE BLENDER WASN'T SEALED, CARTON WAS DAMAGED AND THERE WAS NO FREE GIFT INSIDE AS INDICATED ON THE DAMAGED CARTON when it was delivered this morning coupled with the fact that the delivery agent was calling around 6pm in the evening to make delivery. I thought delivery time is 9am-5pm daily. THE ORDER DETAILS IS ATTACHED IN THE PICTURE BELOW
