Crazy Factory: Terrible Service and Quality; Don't Waste Your Time
Crazy Factory is totally bad, man. Their service is the worst, they mess up the delivery every time, and their customer service doesn't help at all. I ain't ever shopping here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It's just that bad.
I don't know what's wrong with their delivery system. Every time I order something, it takes forever to get here. And when it finally does, half the time it's missing stuff or it's the wrong thing altogether. And when I try to contact their customer service about it, they just ignore me or give me the runaround. It's such a joke.
Plus, their products are mediocre at best. It's like they don't even care about quality control or anything. I've gotten stuff that was literally falling apart in my hands. And don't even get me started on the prices. They're not that great to begin with, but when you consider how bad everything else is, it's just not worth it.
