Crazy Factory is totally bad, man. Their service is the worst, they mess up the delivery every time, and their customer service doesn't help at all. I ain't ever shopping here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It's just that bad.
I don't know what's wrong with their delivery system. Every time I order something, it takes forever to get here. And when it finally does, half the time it's missing stuff or it's the wrong thing altogether. And when I try to contact their customer service about it, they just ignore me or give me the runaround. It's such a joke.
Plus, their products are mediocre at best. It's like they don't even care about quality control or anything. I've gotten stuff that was literally falling apart in my hands.
