Disappointing experience with The ROP Shop: slow shipping, faulty product, and nonexistent customer service
So, I recently got my riding mower and needed a fuel pump for it. I went online and found The ROP Shop (theropshop.com). I was so excited to finally get my fuel pump after waiting for over a week for them to even ship it. I was so busy waiting for it that I wasn't even worried about how long it took them to actually start fulfilling my order.
When it finally arrived, I was ready to install it right away. So, I got to work and put it in. But, to my surprise, the thing didn't even work! I was so frustrated, I couldn't believe it. I tried to contact The ROP Shop, but they never answered their phone. I was so fed up that I decided to just eat the loss.
After this experience, I don't think I'll shop with them again. They took a long time to ship my order, and when I finally got the part, it didn't work. Plus, their customer service was non-existent. So, if you're looking for a reliable store that has quick shipping and good customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Avoiding Theropshop.com: My $104 item never arrived and they didn't help!
So, a while ago I ordered something from theropshop.com, a $104 item. It was supposed to arrive to my doorstep, but guess what? I never got it! And these guys didn't even bother to get involved and try to solve the issue. If you don't want to take my word for it, just hop on over to eBay and take a gander at their reviews.
