I gotta say, a while back I got myself a carb for my Sthil leaf blower from The ROP Shop (theropshop.com). And let me tell you, I had some issues with it. But I knew I was gonna have some problems, so I shot them an email. And boy, was I surprised! Melissa B was the one who got back to me, and she was just great. She replaced the carb for me, no questions asked. And let me tell you, I'm definitely gonna be buying from The ROP Shop again. They're just a nice place to do business with.

Last winter, my old snowblower was really giving me a hard time to start. I was at my wit's end when I stumbled upon The ROP Shop. I saw that they had a carburetor that was compatible with my 22-year-old Toro ccr powerlite snowblower 325, so I ordered one through Amazon. It took a little over a week to reach me, but I wasn't in any rush.

When the carburetor finally arrived, I was so excited to see if it would work. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed! I just gotta say, The ROP Shop is the bomb! I was looking for a pressure relief valve for my old Husky pressure washer. Man, let me tell you they got a sick selection of parts on that website. I found what I was looking for, but the website seems a little basic for me. I think they could fancy it up some, but hey, it works.

So, I placed my order on ebay because of that stupid COVID-19 situation. Like seriously, I hate ebay, but what can you do? Anyway, to my surprise, I got my part ahead of schedule and the packaging was on point. They definitely knew how to handle their business and I appreciate it. USPS tracked my package perfectly so I was never worried.

Then, I realized I ordered the wrong part. What kind of rookie mistake is that, right? I contacted them and they have been on it ever since, trying to identify the right part for me. It's not even certain if it's still available, but they are working hard to take care of me.

One thing I can't wait for is for them to be fully functional again. I can't stand dealing with ebay, it's a pain in the butt. The ROP Shop is where it's at! If they can make their website look a little snazzier and cut out the ebay middleman, they would be unstoppable. Overall, I'm a happy customer and I will definitely come back to The ROP Shop for my future needs.

So, I called The ROP Shop (theropshop.com) to get a new motor for my power washer. I talked to a nice lady on the phone and she helped me out with all the details I needed. But, when we received the motor, it turned out to be the wrong one. I was a bit disappointed, but these things happen, right? The problem was that they didn't want to send a UPS return label at first. It took another long phone call to get them to do it.

After they got the part back, they said they applied the credit to my boyfriend's account instead of my credit card. It's a mess, really. I haven't got any credit in my account, and my boyfriend neither. What the heck? They tried to brush me off with a "have a great day" email, but I ain't havin' it. I feel ripped off and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this bullcrap. Think twice before you buy from them, folks.

So, I recently purchased some tractor tire chains from the good ol' Amazon, ya know, where you can get anything these days. Well, turns out one set was missing a "C" link. Like, what gives, man? So, I contact The ROP Shop for some help and they tell me there ain't no links available. Like, seriously? I even offered to pay for the dang thing and they still said no go. So, their response was all "sorry, not sorry" and told me it was shipped from an Amazon warehouse and could have been an Amazon return. Like, come on, guys. Can't you see I just need a freakin' link here?

So now I gotta go through the hassle of returning these chains to Amazon, which is like 10lbs of return instead of just a little ol' 3 oz link. Like, really? They coulda just sent me the dang link and saved me the headache. But nah, they want me to order from their website instead. Yeah, you heard that right. After they messed up, they want me to still buy from them. Um, no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere, where they actually care about their customers. So, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere, my friends.

I can't remember the last time I had such a positive experience with customer support. So, hats off to The ROP Shop customer service! If I'm ever in their neck of the woods, I'm definitely stopping by their shop. Just goes to show you - sometimes stuff doesn't work the way it's supposed to, but what really matters is how the problem gets taken care of. And, let me tell ya, The ROP Shop gets an A+ from me.

It took a whole week to finally be given the right information. I asked the seller if the pump came with a keyway, and they said it would come with one. The pump arrived 11 days later in a box that was five times larger than the item itself. The packing was pitiful and hardly able to protect anything. (I have a picture to prove it.) My five-year-old niece could have done a better job at packing an item. Even worse, the pump didn't come with a keyway, which I was told would be included in the package prior to purchase. The paperwork inside the box said that I needed my own keyway. You have got to be kidding me.

To try and solve my issue, a representative offered to send a $2 keyway - that was generous of them, wasn't it? However, I refused to wait another 11 days for something I was told would be included but wasn't. Instead, I asked for a $172.00 refund and planned to return the pump, which was loosely packaged to begin with. I wouldn't have been surprised if the pump was damaged during delivery or before.

The only positive thing I can say is that The ROP Shop was quick to respond to my emails, which were quite blunt and negative. But who knows if they only did so to save the sale, which seems to be a common problema according to their reviews on eBay. It's not just me - many other customers have had issues with delivery times, misinformation, and lack of proper packaging. The reviews of this shop speak for themselves. The phrase "where there is smoke, there is likely a fire" might be an overused cliché, but it certainly applies here.

And these guys didn't even bother to get involved and try to solve the issue. If you don't want to take my word for it, just hop on over to eBay and take a gander at their reviews. What a bunch of bandits, I tell ya! I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. Stay clear!
