Arrive at SWK Gateway Bahagian Kuching at 11.28 am 8 Aug 2021.
And now 15 Aug 2021.

Parcel not delivered since 9 Aug 2021 until now.

The parcel content is important documents which is supposed to be arrive before 16 Aug 2021 as it is due date.

I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. I sent me a courier on 08/08/2021. But the tracking update pending on 09/08/2021 which show Departed from J&T SGR_GATEWAY (pls find the attachment). When I contact with live chat at website, message was read but no any reply/answer from live agent.

My parcel was on hold for a few days already. Can i know why? If the parcel did not arrive safely to the owner, or if it is missing, i will make sure this issue wont resolve and it will go viral. 2- barang di post Dan di masukkan dalam truck 12 ogos 21 pada pukul 8 lebih di J& T Sungai Petani
3- sepatutnya barang akan sampai pada 12 ogos 21 pada waktu petang tapi tracking tunjuk truck tidak delivery.
4- 13 ogos 21 check tracking truck still not moved
5- 14 ogos 21 check tracking still sama not moved still stuck Kat j&t Sungai Petani

So J&T this is your service isn't? This is how you do delivery to your customers? Learn basic delivery ethics and sop and then do your job correctly. Your delivery guy eager to know what is inside my parcel or what? Your delivery guy put in front of my house just like that, the packaging was opened. It opened upside down. What do I think by this? Not even call my name/ring bell outside my house and not even a phone call to inform. I was in my house at the time. Absolutely Nothing and it still showing parcel out for delivery in Shoppee. J&T Tandop improve your service and delivery guy.
Never gonna use this courier service after this. Worst courier service ever.

Hi, my shopee parcels still not delivered since 07/8/2021 until now 14/8/21. Customer started to complaint and want to cancel the order.. I choose j&t because of their fast action but now I regret it.. I understand if it was a public holiday.. But these working days also parcels are not moving.. Please do something because my goods have to delivered within two to three days .. Thank you in advance

The delivery lady was extremely rude in the first place. She didn't want to deliver my parcel to my apartment, even though I specifically informed her I have fever and under self quarantine. When I told her she is welcomed to leave the parcel at my doorstep because I can't leave my house to collect, she had the audacity to tell me to get my family members to pick up my parcel from the office when I have already told her that I live alone. She didn't even bother to apologise. The staff is lazy and irresponsible. Wouldn't be using this delivery service anymore unless there's improvement

Barang stuck dekat cdc berserah 602.. Alasan dia takleh nak hantar kawasan pkp.. Sedangkan barang lain sampai je.. Guna servis j&t guna.. Memang cdc berserah 602 selalu bermasalah ke.. Nak perap berapa lama barang yg saya beli dri shopee tu.. Mohon ambil tindakan

Hari ini 14/08/2021 saya telah selamat menerima parcel saya bernombor tracking [protected]. Tapi malangnya keadaan pembalut parcel tersebut seperti telah sengaja dirobek/dikoyakkan oleh seseorang. Sebelum ini saya belum pernah menerima keadaan parcel saya seperti ini dan ini adalah kali pertama.. Saya harap pihak Tuan/Puan dapat mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya terhadap masalah ini, kerana sebelum ini saya mempercayai sepenuhnya perkhidmatan dari pihak J&T sehinggalah berlaku kejadian seperti hari ini, sedikit sebanyak telah memberi kesan kepada diri saya terhadap perkhidmatan dari pihak Tuan..

My parcel has been stuck so long since 9/8. initially missed routed to kampung gajah since 11/8 till now which is suppose to be delivered to teluk intan .. it's been on hold since then . Have called up helpline and reported many many times . Please do something. My gods have to be delivered by this week.
