My 2 item stuck at penang n perak..why..the estimated date already due it..

My car bonet broken when i post to my costemer

HI I would like to file a report against JNT Singapore express.
Its regarding my delivery items YL1001053654.
it has been collected on last week friday 13th Aug 2021 early morning and I did not receive the item up to day and claimed the driver is busy with Campaign! I suspect there is something fishy is going on. I believe the driver is trying to change my items that I received in pallet. Its electronics items.
I wan higher authority to investigate the issue.

With due respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel I have sent through your service has received after 13/8/21 days of the delivery date and there is an issue that is the parcel was wrong item. Sir this is very unprofessional as we put our trust in you and let our valuables transferred through your service.

This behavior is not good for a company like you. I hope you will respect the privacy and time frame of your customers and will never give them a chance to complain again as you have to maintain your name in the market otherwise there are many competitors. Thanks,

Barang yang saya beli pada 10/08/2021 melalui medium shopee sehingga kini 16/08/2021 masih stuck di station PJS 998. Diharap pihak jnt dapat menjalankan tanggungjawab untuk membuat penghantaran dengan kadar segera.. barang itu sangat-sangat saya perlukan ketika ini. Antara hidup dan mati.

Tolong peka dan faham membaca alamat untuk penerima barang . sudah jelas alamat di beri . kenapa dah sampai J & T berhampiran kemudian barang saya ke negeri lain pulak.. ini akan menambah tempoh untuk penerima menerima barang yang di beli . tolong lah ubah cara kerja dan mengambil pekerja yang tahu membaca ..

item buy on 12 august 2021 from kinta, Perak. until now on 15 august 2021 item still hold at perak! no movement and i need my parcel urgently! J&T service become worse these day!

It has been almost a month that my mother has not received her parcel as there was no movement according to the tracking and it is stuck at its transit centre where it stated it was outbound but nothing has been informed to the customer. The tracking number [protected].

What is wrong and what is actual reason they hold my parcel for 5 days? I was expected to receive it within 2/3 days actually because the seller ship from puchong and luckily i also stayed in puchong. This is very dissappointed because it was totally ruin my plan. Hopefully they can fixed this matter. Thank you.

hi..i sorry for complain .but your services is too slow..i wait for my parcel from 6/8/2021..n i suppose arrive earlier but i dont know wht jnt problem coz it stuck at bahau..from 9/8/2021..you team suppose sent it to jelebu not bahau..my parcel number is [protected]...hopefully i receive before the shopee auto cancle the parcel coz near the time limit but still not delivery..if you have not enough staff you suppose handle it to other courier

Today 15/08/2021, I am writting about my damaged parcel that received on 16:30hrs at No 5948 Jalan SJ 5/6, 70450 Taman Seremban Jaya.

It was really in bad condition that 1 was been informed that my original packaging was changed to a black trash plastik wrapping.

How posibble that my parcel been taken out without my permission and non of your staff contact me for the damaged

Reported that I am unreachable, but in fact all day I am at the house waiting for the parcel. It was twice already that this same rider did this thing to me. Telling I am unreachable and sending back to seller my order. It was a waste of time waiting for nothing. Then he will return my parcel. I am requesting that the rider be blocked or at least don't let hin get my parcel the next time

J&T SGR999 what is your problem. My parcel doesn't even move from there. It's been a week. I am a seller and my customer waiting for their order. Just sent our parcel fast.
