Hai.. Saya minta maaf kerana mengadu. Tetapi perkhidmatan anda terlalu lambat.. Saya menunggu bungkusan saya dari 11/8/2021.. Ni sepatutnya tiba lebih awal tetapi saya tidak tahu apa masalahnya kerana ia tersekat di center prk gateway 900 - larut matang hingga kini...

Why my parcel stuck at JnT Air Kuching 501 for too long? It already exceed delivery time provided by shopee. Please kindly deliver the parcel as soon as possible. The parcel already arrived at JnT Air Kuching 501 since 9 August, but until now I not yet received the item. My other parcel from shopee also using JnT as a courier, all of it have arrived early then this parcel even I buy late than this item. Please dont hold customer parcel for too long. Thank you.

I have a parcel with tracking order, [protected], that has been on hold by JnT for a few weeks. The seller has dropped off the parcel early but the respective JnT office has kept it there without any process and currently it is on hold status. Please fix this right away. I have always used JnT service but this is the first time it has been worst like this.

Hi, semalam saya tengok shopee apps sepatutnya my parcel dah out for delivery tapi saya tak dapat parcel saya dan update tu saya tengok dia letak " tak dapat hubungi customer " ? Tiada sebarang penghantaran yang sampai depan rumah saya & saya memang tak dapat parcel tu jadi macam mana ye ? Saya track parcel tu dekat setapak dan semalam last drop point dia bandar tun razak

I am very disappointed with J&T Express now. My brother sent parcel number [protected] from Penang on 10/8/2021. However, until now 16/8/2021, the status of the package is still stuck at J&T SGR 601 Bandar Teknologi Kajang. This item is very important for me to receive immediately. It is hoped that J&T can improve the quality of service so that users remain confident to use your services.

Disappointed users.

My parcel is now at the wrong location (tracking number: [protected]). There is no movement of my parcel (no latest status update). What is J&T doing? Is J&T planning to hold on to my parcel till next year?

I've been calling J&T CDC Subang Jaya 312 for the past three days and nobody at that branch pick up the phone. Is there no living soul at that branch? Or is everybody deaf and can't hear the phone ringing?

Secondly, when I called J&T hotline, they told me my parcel is missing the postcode number? If the postcode number is missing then why on earth, J&T did not call up the sender nor the receiver? I've checked with Shopee and the sender and they told me they have given the full and right address to J&T.

But J&T claimed that Shopee/ sender is at fault. I doubt Shopee /sender is at fault because this is not my first time buying from that e-commerce platform. Is J&T making up reasons to blame Shopee/sender to cover their mistake?

Is this how J&T treats their customers? I saw so many complaints online about J&T CDC Subang Jaya 312 services and for not picking up the phone ...is the upper management not taking any action toward the staff at that branch? Or are the complaints from customers not worth any value to J&T business? Don't you care?

Other courier services are much better in handling customer complaints.

I want somebody from J&T to call me at [protected] and I want my parcel to be delivered to me TODAY. If I find the parcel is damaged I will viral it online.

HI I would like to file a report against JNT Singapore express.
Its regarding my delivery items YL1001053654.
it has been collected on last week friday 13th Aug 2021 early morning and I did not receive the item up to day and claimed the driver is busy with Campaign! I suspect there is something fishy is going on. I believe the driver is trying to change my items that I received in pallet. Its electronics items.
I wan higher authority to investigate the issue.

With due respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel I have sent through your service has received after 13/8/21 days of the delivery date and there is an issue that is the parcel was wrong item. Sir this is very unprofessional as we put our trust in you and let our valuables transferred through your service.

This behavior is not good for a company like you. I hope you will respect the privacy and time frame of your customers and will never give them a chance to complain again as you have to maintain your name in the market otherwise there are many competitors. Thanks,

Barang yang saya beli pada 10/08/2021 melalui medium shopee sehingga kini 16/08/2021 masih stuck di station PJS 998. Diharap pihak jnt dapat menjalankan tanggungjawab untuk membuat penghantaran dengan kadar segera.. barang itu sangat-sangat saya perlukan ketika ini. Antara hidup dan mati.

It has been almost a month that my mother has not received her parcel as there was no movement according to the tracking and it is stuck at its transit centre where it stated it was outbound but nothing has been informed to the customer. The tracking number [protected].

What is wrong and what is actual reason they hold my parcel for 5 days? I was expected to receive it within 2/3 days actually because the seller ship from puchong and luckily i also stayed in puchong. This is very dissappointed because it was totally ruin my plan. Hopefully they can fixed this matter. Thank you.
