Item always missing
This is repeatedly happening to me. Because of your courier service very low quality. My items always missing because of your staff carelessness. How did you train your staff? If the period time tooks long from the shipping date. U should inform us as a your responsibility. Untill now im still curious to using this service courier. Wrong delivery
I am complaining about a package that has been delivered to us and we accidentally paid for it because I thought it is my package that I am waiting for but when I looked at the address and the name of the receiver on the package it has a different name and we don't know who it is. We try to contact the receiver but it does not respond to my text and call. I need my refund on this package. Thank you.
