Damaged parcel on 15/08/2021
Today 15/08/2021, I am writting about my damaged parcel that received on 16:30hrs at No 5948 Jalan SJ 5/6, 70450 Taman Seremban Jaya.
It was really in bad condition that 1 was been informed that my original packaging was changed to a black trash plastik wrapping.
How posibble that my parcel been taken out without my permission and non of your staff contact me for the damaged

Reported that I am unreachable, but in fact all day I am at the house waiting for the parcel. It was twice already that this same rider did this thing to me. Telling I am unreachable and sending back to seller my order. It was a waste of time waiting for nothing. Then he will return my parcel. This is repeatedly happening to me. Because of your courier service very low quality. My items always missing because of your staff carelessness. How did you train your staff? If the period time tooks long from the shipping date. U should inform us as a your responsibility. Untill now im still curious to using this service courier. Wrong delivery
I am complaining about a package that has been delivered to us and we accidentally paid for it because I thought it is my package that I am waiting for but when I looked at the address and the name of the receiver on the package it has a different name and we don't know who it is.
