Pls update me my parcel.. tracking no [protected]

Hi, saya belum menerima bungkusan yang dipos kepada saya sejak 10hb ogos 2021. Tolong follow up status penghantaran bungkusan tersebut. Terima kasih.

My parcel has been out of delivery since yesterday at 3:02 pm. And I still not received my parcel today. Why is it taking so long?

Complaint: Obvious trickery in the order from the beginning. J&T Express did not verify if item is the one ordered.

[protected] is my waybill no. Still not received my parcel, im waiting so many days, your service very sucks, urgent need that parcel.

Parcel [protected] status In Transit " is more than one week.
Kindly help to proceed this parcel asap.

I still use your service after hearing a lot of bad commend from many channels, yet your company still let me down.

On 6/8/2021, [protected] (tracking no) I had sent a parcel to my sister in Selangor. until today she still does not receive the parcel and did not have any update status from you.

I would like to report that I have received broken items that are posted using JnT courier service. I am really disappointed to receive the items in poor condition. Below is the item detail:

Description: item was packed in a box and the box received in poor condition which is crumpled very bad
Resolution: Refund postage fees

penghantaran tidak memuaskan, , main hantar sahaja tidak menghubungi terlebih dahulu. hanya dilempar di dalam rumah dan dibasahi hujan . sngat2 tidak bertanggungjawab . kalau ikut kn hati nak minta gnti . sesuka hati je . setiap keja jangan nak asal siap je . nnti xberkat duit yg dpat . harap pihak jnt buat tindakan yg sepatutnya sblom sya yg bertindak . tq

My parcel (waybill number [protected]) was on hold at Drop Point LDC SHAHALAM 602 PETALING since 9th August with various unreasonable reasons. I called their Customer Service on Thursday, 12th August and they claimed to try to expedite the delivery but it has been 4 days since the call was made but I haven't received my parcel.

Now, their customer service number is not reachable.

My shipment [protected]-01 on hold at j&t cdc s perdana start 13 august 2021 until now.. Please finish your job quickly...

The item must be broken because your late shipment and i must refund to the customer..

My parcel missing one item, the parcel was broken and tape by J&T. After check with Shopee seller, they claimed they have packed all items and the parcel did not use J&T tape when they send it. So it was open by J&T staff or broken during deliver. The delivery person claimed the parcel already had J&T tape when she take it.

Now the parcel at this address : no.14, batu 5 3/4 jalan seremban port dickson 70300 mambau seremban, negeri sembilan.

You jnt rider didnt ask anyting they just put on top of the wrong address wall and just go away.. This what the house owner tell me. Pls make sure the parcel reach me by this week.

Its been a week for my parcel just from kepong to batu caves!
Service is toooo slow and bad. I would never prefer to use j&t but shopee system now automaticly chosed it.
All of my parcel being hold so wtf that they're doing actuallyyyy?
J&t should improve or just shut the [censored]ing company down!
