I would like to report that I have received broken items that are posted using JnT courier service. I am really disappointed to receive the items in poor condition. Below is the item detail:

penghantaran tidak memuaskan, , main hantar sahaja tidak menghubungi terlebih dahulu. hanya dilempar di dalam rumah dan dibasahi hujan . sngat2 tidak bertanggungjawab . kalau ikut kn hati nak minta gnti . sesuka hati je . setiap keja jangan nak asal siap je . nnti xberkat duit yg dpat . harap pihak jnt buat tindakan yg sepatutnya sblom sya yg bertindak . tq

My parcel (waybill number [protected]) was on hold at Drop Point LDC SHAHALAM 602 PETALING since 9th August with various unreasonable reasons. I called their Customer Service on Thursday, 12th August and they claimed to try to expedite the delivery but it has been 4 days since the call was made but I haven't received my parcel.

Now, their customer service number is not reachable.

The item must be broken because your late shipment and i must refund to the customer..

My parcel missing one item, the parcel was broken and tape by J&T. After check with Shopee seller, they claimed they have packed all items and the parcel did not use J&T tape when they send it. So it was open by J&T staff or broken during deliver. The delivery person claimed the parcel already had J&T tape when she take it.
