Hello good everning,
Im curious with your staff attitude while serving customer. Why he/she cant served politely eventhough only in whatsapp. You are in courier service. I thought its not customer problems to understand your problem or so on. If your courier services take time to long untill 6-7days, its normal if customer getting mad. While traking the waybill still outbound at your place. So i try to reach your outlet
Please train your staff. You are a part of frontliners. If cant serve customer nicely. Please find another part of work that are not adapt & infront customer.
Its very rude & not supposed to be happened. Im already dealing with many couries services and mostly by J&T but this time your staff attitude very the worse one ever!

Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding the service in CDC Subang Jaya PJS 312. The CDC J&T centre has been holding off my item for 2 weeks which reported it as out of droppoint's business hour. I have contacted J&T customer care 2 times regarding this issue and no effort has been made. This has been ongoing for other order items when delivered to this CDC as well, as well as reviews from others. Below I have attached the details of my current order which is still on hold.

Did not receive my parcel from shopee
The j&t worker ask me to get my parcel downstairs but im in quarantine, This happen in friday ( 13.08.2021), when i call back she said she will send it on monday ( 16.08.2021) but until today i did not receive my parcel yet. Shopee said the order had been send and receive. My money also have reached the buyer, So what about my money and parcel? Pls respond asap

Jnt in malaysia are so slow.. I hope you will improve the service, we received the parcels so late, more than 2 weeks. And some of the parcels are stuck at the same place for more than 5days. Please improve your service and do your job nicely. Ive been using jnt for along time ago, and the service is still same untill now, too slow.
