My complaints are:
1. No.delivery up to this date/hour
2. Annoying remark from J&T stated that unsuccessful attempt of delivery due to bad whether and out of operational hour.Delivery address is a landed house
3. Bad customer service.Remain uncontactable

Hi my parcel been stuck at PRK900 from 13th August and supposedly received 15th August (need to extend shopee guarantee) but still no progress although its weird to go from Kampar to Larut Matang as this parcel is from KL & I live in Ipoh. This is the first time it happened to me as I've been using J&T express a lot before. Kindly do the necessary asap so I can get my parcel. Thanks.

Really disappointed when the parcel drop point is LDC AMPANG 602! The delay is almost 10 days. I really need the parcel for my work!

Tapos pagkabukas inopen ko shopee ko nakita ko na aug 16 2021 unreachable ako how come naging unreachable ako na hindi nga man lang tumawag saakin ung rider wala akong natanggap na tawag na idedeliver na sa place ko tapos nag text ulet ung jt express na idedeliver nila ulit ngayon pero ibang rider naghintay ulet ako anong oras na until ngayon gabi na di parin nadedeliver hindi man lang nag rerespond mga rider pag tinetext o tinatawag ano na jt?nakakadismaya po tapos sasabihin inattempt mag deliver ni hindi nga man lang tumawag na mag dedeliver!🙎🏻‍♀️ PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

[protected] my parcel above still loading because of bad weather as notice in ur system.. Im everyday go to bdr tek nologi.. Plz tell me what bad weather it is. Since friday written bad weather. Yesterday I try open progress still bad weather.. Very bad action jnt

Please upgrade your service. Selalu sangat on hold barang orang lama lama. Lagi satu hantar barang biar la sampai kat tangan penerima. Kalau call penerima tak angkat tu, tolong jangan terus on hold barang orang. Maybe orang tengah ada urusan lain. Tolong hantar for those yang duduk rumah flat, apartment or condo.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered some biscuit through shopee. Photo provided by seller is properly wrap by attaching fragile tape. However when the parcel is delivered the box is found dented. Attached before and after photos for your reference. This is not the first time with dented parcel and i am not the only person that have the same feedback. Therefore im raising a complaint for your attention. Thank you.

Barang saya telah sampai di j&t cawangan mantin sejak 15.8.2021 tapi sehingga hari ini (17.08.2021), barang saya masih dalam proses. Saya telah menghubungi cawangan tersebut untuk mengambil barang di cawangan, tetapi panggilan saya tidak dilayan atas sebab terlalu banyak barang yang masih tidak dihantar ke penerima.

Saya mengirim barang ke melaka dan barang tidak sampai kepada penerima dan disahkan jnt rosak. Penerima berasa tidak puas hati dan jika barang rosak kenapa tidak hantar sahaja ke penerima kerana harga untuk pos ke melaka dari sarawak sangat mahal. Saya rasa sangat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan tuan/puan. Diharap tuan/puan tolong ganti balik harga perkhidmatan tuan/puan yang tidak sampai ke penerima.

upon finding out that my parcel been bounced in and out from Transit Center PJS GATEWAY KLANG and Transit Center PJS GATEWAY KLANG, i realized J&T didnt provide any channel for customer to complan. all the channels are not responsive AT ALL!

Hi. We received quite number of complaints regards this j&t klang jaya 603 branch.
Can you do something about this?
We're selling live plants... And we worried that it might not survived if you kept it in a longer time period (more than 3days).
Customers been complaining and wanting returns/refunds.
Its kinda unfair for us... Because its the shipping partners responsibility to deliver parcels/items on time. But we r the one that to be blamed.
Please do something about this j&t... Tq!

My parcel ([protected]) is still in klang since 11th aug 2021. And today after complaining to zalora, ive received a message from j&t that the delivery for my parcel is unsuccessful and ask me to reschedule for the delivery. How can I reschedule when my parcel is still in klang and my receiving address is in sabah. Is j&t trying to scam me? Or trying to blame me for not claiming my parcel? Please solve this issue asap! I really need my parcel. And j&t your services is just really disappointing. Wont trust your service anymore since so many people have the same experience as mine.

Hai, sy nak komplen barang saya yg di pos menggunakan JNT dari Kota Tinggi, Johor masih tidak diterima sehingga ke hari ini. Barang di pos pada 12/8/2021. No tracking [protected]. Bila trace, status on hold, drop point Putrajaya 329. Apa masalahnya ya. For sure kuih saya dah rosak.

Why item very slow to deliver ? pls see the tracking on item # 600316706469. The parcel is return between CDC BATU CAVES 303 - GOMBAK and LDC BATU CAVES 603 - GOMBAK few few times, why your service SO BAD ?

Hai. Barang saya lama sangat stuck kat teluk intan. Sampai sekarang belum sampai2. Dari 11.8 saya check no tracking tapi sampai sekarang belum ada update.

Bila sampai port klang memang slow.. parcels on hold twice. Dah 5 hari pun masih tak deliver. Very disappointing.. This is not the first time. To be fair I only facing this problem when its within selangor. Maybe J&T selangor lemak / malas sangat(?)But from selangor to other negeri its quite fast.
J&T gonna loose a lot of business if they are interested in improving their business.

Please deliver parcel as soon as possible. tracking number [protected]. there's food stuffs. Please do not delay. I have bad experience with Jnt in another separate case whereby the food bought was rotten upon arrival. please act fast!
