Since 11 August no update from this tracking number.
Please take a deep action about this. I don't want any trouble of my goods.
I bought it with money, please please please send it faster, no broken or damages or anything will frustrating me.

I have the same problem as you. My package shows that it has arrived at the store where I live, but it is always shown that it is on hold, and it has not been delivered at all. I also went to the store by myself and asked their staff. They found my goods for me and said my goods were not in their warehouse. They said they should be in delivery and asked me to wait for several hours. But now it has been the third day, but my goods still cannot be received, and it is still showing on hold
Very bad delivery service
I sent a parcel on 12/8 from Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam . The recipient is at Port Klang. Till date, the recipent has not received her parcel. It has been lying at the CDC Port Klang 311 since 15/8. please deliver the parcel as soon as possible.

Slow delivery and unresponsive runner & helpdesk
I have an item posted on 14 Aug and received by 18 Aug.
From source ( Sungai Petani) to Destination (Kulim)only 40 mins far but it took more than 4 days to reach my place.
Had called helpdesk, Sungai Petani Hub and Kulim Hub but hardly reachable. Even the helpdesk response the call but the only thing he can suggest is wait. They are not willing to take initiative to track where is the item is or follow up with runner.
End up they only gave me the runner phone number to check with him. Unfortunately the runner never pick up the call too.
This courier service is really unresponsive, we are waiting for medicine urgently but thing drag for so long . I hope someone can warn them not drag the delivery time as they are risking people life.
Desired outcome: I need their proper report on what happen on the delay.
Product not received more than 3 weeks
My parcel has not been received since 3/8/2021. Yesterday, one of customer service who entertained me promise that someone will call me from LDC Klang Jaya 603 for update, but none of calling I got. What a bad jnt, I think you should just close your services! This is my 3rd time having the same problem. And Ldc Klang Jaya still pending to do delivery. When call Hq, they only said sorry without any update. What a very bad experience with jnt. The parcel is for my wedding preparation but had to postpone everything due to your irresponsible situation.
I am having the same problem with them. I sent a parcel to Penang on 13 Aug and yet to date it has not been delivered. The tracking shows item already in Penang since 15 Aug. Why they let the item sit in the warehouse for almost 1 whole week and not deliver to recipient? When I called the promised to send today, tomorrow and another today and tomorrow. They should close their business and I hope the authorities thst the company fall under should review and revoke their license

I am totally disappointed and angry over J&T . Your delivery men, 8 out of 10 do not deliver to the door of address, instead, they asked me to go to pick up point . Is that your new policy, - not sending to door ! I remember a few times that I have to go down from my apartment to collect heavy parcel because they refused to bring it to my door. We get delivery online and services because not safe to get out and because of your bad delivery service man, we have to get out of the house . So, why do I even want to have one!

This shows your unreliable services in the system and bad communication .
