Pohon pihak J&T mengamalkan prinsip mesra pelanggan dalam menangani isu tersebut.

Masalah tersebut amat mendukacitakan saya sebagai pelanggan.

Tolonh hantar secepatnya dah almost 2weeks

I was very disappointed with my status parcel.it should be delivered by yesterday evening.but at the end... status was change.and the reason given has illogical! Coz this is my second order from same buyer.how can they put the wrong address? Then i didn't receive any phone call from J&T runner.they should call me right if cannot find/or got any problem to find my house...but they never do! Give a reason my address and phone number are not complete!

Hi. I was expecting my parcel on 21/8/2021. I consistently checked the tracking number on that day as I was at my workplace the whole day. I was at least expecting a phone call from J&T if they reach my house so that I could tell them to put the parcel at a safe place. But I received none. TO MY SURPRISE, IT WAS ALREADY DELIVERED ON THE TRACKING STATUS. AND AS I REACHED HOME THE NEXT DAY, I NOTICED MY PARCEL WAS LEFT UNATTENDED AT MY FRONTDOOR. IT WAS IRRESPONSIBLE! And i am very sure that you will not compensate me if I lose my parcel or if there's damage on my parcel. I'm very unsatisfied and disappointed with this kind of lousy service.

This is my second experience with this j&t dp klang jaya 603. So sad to say this dp is really2 terrible compared to others dp. They will keep updating the same status eventhough they have not trying to deliver your item. Just sit n relax while updating the rubbish status "delivery attempted was unsuccessful after office hour". Kapla jingga dorang!

I went there to collect the parcel but they did not allow me to do that. Now, it has already passed the estimated time.

If they are not able to deliver parcel faster, better they shut down the business!

Status parcel saya delivered tapi proof of delivery tu bkn gambar rumah saya dan saya memang tak terima apa apa parcel. Saya pun tak tau tu rumah siapa dan kat mana. Haihh dah la tak call langsung tau tau dah delivered.org yg salah terima parcel tu pun takde call atau whatsapp padahal ade je no kat situ😌 dah 3 hari tunggu nii😭 no tracking: [protected] tolong la pihak j&t kembalikan parcel saya secepat mungkin!

Why your Branch 602 is so bad in delivery? Since 5th Aug arrived Sdk 602, still not delivered after 2 weeks? Shoppe delivery date also expired. No call to acknowledge about the delayed at all?

We had called the branch but nobody answered at all.

For your information, its not the 1st time.

Seek for your urgent attention on this matter.

My customer's parcel have been on hold at j&t branch which is LDC Subang jaya 612 since 15/8/2021 until now.

Parcel tracking no. [protected] stuck at J&T LDC 603 on 31 July 2021 and till to-date NO delivery to my house until now., 21 Aug 2021. Kindly check the status on this parcel urgently or else i will demand claim compensation on the missing item double the purchase price. I have been contacting the J&T personnel and no one pickup the call and even when to the warehouse, the admin said do not know whereabout the item. This shows your unreliable services and weak communication. Please response to my number asap at [protected] / [protected].

Why is hub JNT KLANG LDC 603 holding all the parcel?
Why the service is getting worse?

Last update in shopee shows that the parcel has departed from station j bki501 and the parcel is from semenanjung to ranau sabah but till today still no update on shopee and I could not contact any of the jnt courier.. Please fix this as soon as possible! I don't even received any message or whatsapp from jnt ranau sabah.. Please do something now!

Complaint my parcel is locked and not yet received.

[protected] this is my tracking number. I am completely disappointed towards your service. My parcel was shipped from Melaka last Wednesday (18/8/2021) and to my surprised the parcel was sent to Larut Matang instead to Chemor. I did call and spoke to your customer service, but the reply is not so convincing. Do check this in your system. My question is now, if you guys have a huge number of undelivered parcels in Chemor and you people are out of man power, why in the first place you still taking in new parcels. You should have locked or just closed down that particular place as you guys cannot deliver it on time. We would have taken our parcel to other courier service. It shows that you guys are so unprofessional and created a great mess here. I hope you will take this matter seriously and rectify your mistake and deliver my parcel as soon as possible because it's regarding my academic as my exam is around the corner. Do send message or call me asap. And don't give a lame reason that it's all happens because of PKP.

I don't have to say thank you because you guys put me in a huge trouble.

My delivery tracking number MY215033548230W item reached J&T Kota Permai 14/8/2021, and system updated item delivered at 19/8/2021. And I called customer service, told me that need to self collect! Self collect during this pandemic situation!

Never mind! And when I attempt to self collect, J&T Kota Permai still let me wait from 15:17 till now 15:58!

What kind of service is this? Don't commit when you fail to delivery. Making people life miserable!

Your company's T&C stated liquid damage cannot be claim.
This is my first time sending high value in liquid items which damaged by your freight service. As a customer, we might not aware of any notes which display in the shop. It is the responsibility for a front desk to advise customers the correct ways when packaging liquid items. I'm very regretful that your services are not being provided with contracted quality.
Resolution: Refund for the damaged items !

j&t took long enough time to delivery the parcel, even though the parcel already in their werehouse

Dear J&T,

I am truly understand that you're having huge volume of delivery to be settled everyday.
But can don't simply drop off the parcel at the mall information counter because the address is only at ground floor.
We paid your service to deliver to doorstep.
Kindly improve your part time delivery partner because their service sometimes really bad.
How if I am not working today and the parcel left at the counter without any responsibility from the information counter personnel and lost the parcel?
Kindly take immediate action regarding this matter.

I was supposedly to received my parcel by yesterday 20th August 2021 and product was bought on 16th August 2021. However, until today 21 August 2021, the parcel is still stuck at J&T CDC Subang Jaya 312. When I checked the tracking information, due to "Bad weather" delivery can't be sent to my place. If everyday were to rain, so does that means I will have to wait until there is no rain to receive my parcel? Bad service, even DHL can delivery on rainy days.
