Why my parcel is very late delivery? AWB :[protected]. Is it your staff lie to customer and just simply put reason bad weather and office not operating? This parcel should send to my house. Not office or school. Do you want me to report to police or MCMC due to this late delivery? I can report that J&T is stolen my parcel. Kindly reply and solve with this issue accordingly

Barang bila nak sampai... Berapa lama nak tunggu...barang di hantar dari 13hb sampai sekarang tak hantar lagi... Haram jadah apa ni...

Statement from seller claim J&T courier service staff already pickup the parcel on 9/8/21, but as per check their tracking system, the parcel only updated on 14/8/21 via their tracking system.
That is already an issue, misconduct by staff
Due to parcel arrival is on 20/8/21, and today is 24/8/21
As per check the parcel they collect from the seller is still and same place J&T Transit Bukit Bintang and still not moving.
On that particular place already makes delay, as we know of course the parcel will not directly send to me since im at selangor so the parcel need to be transit to my area hub so after that only they can assign a guy to send .

Barang saya sepatutnya sampai sebelum 16 ogos.. Hari ni dah 23ogos masih belum sampai... Bila saya buat semakkan dari 17ogos hingga sekarang barang saya masih di sungai petani... Kenapa ya?

Saya telah menerima satu penghantaran dari Kuala Lumpur pada hari Ahad 22 Ogos 2021.
Ketika itu saya sedang solat..saya dengar rider memanggil tapi belum sempat selesai solat saya dengar bunyi barang jatuh ke lantai.
Selesai solat saya keluar rumah dan melihat barang berada di atas lantai.
Saya yakin barang di baling kerana tiada bunyi atau tanda-tanda pintu pagar dibuka.Kotak barangan saya ada stiker 'fragile' / Barang Mudah Pecah !
APA PERANAN RIDER YANG AMANAH MEMBALING BARANGAN SAYA KE LANTAI?

Item was shipped on last friday and reached LDC Ampang center on Saturday.. until today still NO one sending my item! My tracking no: [protected].
Reason being delayed stated bad weather and out of dropping business hours. I believed staff should know how to manage the timing and not giving the same excuse which unacceptable!
Please do something about it and send my item ASAP by tomorrow because i need it urgently!

Hnihntay ko nga pong tumawag ung rider kasi may nagtxt sakin na notification na out for delivery na.. Kelvin neil javier name ng rider.. Ika apat na tong parcel kong to na ganyan ang ginawa nya sasabihin ni refused daw eh hndi naman po dineliver..

Hello po, meron po akong na received na parcel po ngayong August 23 kahit wala naman po akong inoorder. Nagbayad po ako tapos nung binuksan ko po yung laman hindi po siya katumbas nung binayaran ko. Nung nakaraan po meron pong tumawag sa akin na nagsasabing nanalo daw po ako, pero hindi po ako naniwala kasi po baka po scam lang pero dumating pa din po at ayun na nga po kinailangan ko pong magbayad kahit wala naman po akong inoorder

Actually my order was complete and in good condition, i am just disappointed with the delivery guy, he didn't even bring my order to my house just because someone told him we had a dog. It will be okay if he just talked to me and explain but i wasn't expecting him to be that rude. Anyways, i didnt argue with him and still thanked him. I hope this never happen again. I've been receiving parcels from this delivery company and so far all of them are good except for this one. Please take action for this.

IF THAT IS THE CASE WHY DOES ENTRIGO, LBC & LEX PH HAVE NO PROBLEMS DELIVERING.
They did not even bother to ring the recipient.
It never even got to Cebu!

THIS IS NOT THE ONLY TIME I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND IT SEEMS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.

I've tried to call the customer service but did not pick up.
I demand for push delivery of my parcel. Its has been stuck/hold since 22th July 2021 at J&T Subang Jaya CDC (PJS321)

Hello J&T Klang Jaya 603, for how long you want to hold people's parcel. I have 2 parcels pending at your place. Please deliver it ASAP! Service too slow. Call the office but line always busy. Never experience this with other branch. Pls hire more rider if you have short manpower. And pls ensure all the parcel is delivered! Not missing... pls be responsible!

I'm, Hazwani [protected]/ [protected]@yahoo.com) writing this to complain you about the poor courier service of J&T Express Malaysia. I purchased a things through online shopping platform, Shopee on 7th August 2021 and the seller has sent the parcel (Tracking no [protected]) on 10th August 2021 via your courier service and has been received by me after twelve days of the delivery (22nd of August 2021) instead of standard delivery which it usually take approximately 3days. With addition to the delay in delivery, the condition of the parcel was really miserable and pathetic.

I am attaching the photo of the damage and chronology of tracking delivery with this complaint report. Kindly look into the matter. thank you

I just received my parcel from your jnt delivery. 23/08/2021@1 pm. She called me and asked me to go down collect my parcel. I told her bring up as I have a small baby to look after. She grumbled and says she is very tired and she is just human. At just 1 pm already exhausted? No one is saying doing delivery is not tiring. But I think in this line u already expect it. Correct? So why the complaint and grumbling to me? Please arrange another delivery personal to service my area if this lady is not willing to do so.
