J&T pegang barang / on hold sampai Hari ni. Pegang lama² dapat dividen ke? Raya Cina pun dah habis..parcel Masih tak di hantar.

i order a pair of shoes on 2nd feb and the date of received suppose to be today but i still didnt receive anything. From 6 feb to 8 feb its still stuck on jnt kota permai 302 . nobody picked up the call and the tracking just saying 'pending delivery" . its been 3 days . please do update the tracking status thank you.
Why on hold to long

very late delivery
my parcel already in CDC PONTIAN 313 for more than a week! everyday always in transit, back and forth. no attempt on delivery at all. I pay your service to deliver my parcel on time, not to keep mine for a long time! what if the parcel is an important one? I have once collected my parcel myself and I think as a customer, I should not be doing that because I paid you to deliver my parcel safely to my house. Please make sure to deliver my parcel as soon as possible! I am really disappointed with your service. Not sure if want to use your service next time. Please improve!

CDC 303 Bintulu Service very bad. Slow delibery
On 3 Feb I went to CDC 303 to pickup parcel. Based on status my item have arrived at CDC seen 3 day ago. I had to wait 3 hour at CDC but no gave the answer. I saw the staff just walking back and forth. Laugh and talk.
The staff stated that my item had just arrived and had not been arranged. So they cannot found. I came back feeling frustrated. Now after 6 day have passed I still not received that good.
Desired outcome: Add staff and teach staff work athic. Management systems need to be changed and should be more effective.
JnT management at CDC 303 Bintulu is very bad. Always hold items for long time and day. Do not ship / deliver immediately.

Missing Parcel
My parcel has been on hold since 15 December 2021. I tried called drop point KUL GATEWAY SETIAWANGSA but no answer. Already file complaint to J&T center, but they mention late Parcel Delay. Todate, I am still not receive back my parcel and based on tracking search my parcel is still on hold at KUL GATEWAY SETIAWANGSA. I already refunded to my customer as J&T fail to deliver the parcel. What a bad service.
Desired outcome: Please refund to me the loses.

Parcel was put on hold at drop point CDC TSI KEPONG 302, Kepong
my parcel has been on hold since 29 January 2022. I tried called drop point CDC TSI Kepong but no answer. Went to drop point CDC TSI Kepong on 31 January 2022 to find out and pick up the parcel and was informed that the parcel has been put in the track for delivery. Todate, I am still not receive my parcel and based on tracking search my parcel is still on hold at CDC TSI Kepong. I need my parcel urgently as I have to deliver it to my customers. I have been charged penalty for late delivery now. Please take note, if I have not heard any update by 4 February 2022, I will file complaint and claim for any losses and penalty charged to J&T

Had been in transit at Jnt chow kit 310 since 28/1/2022, till now still in transit. Estimated date delivery is 1/2/022, today already 2/2/2022.
Called customer service for self collect but self collect not available for one week, ask when to deliver but apologise for high parcel volume. Then you should allow for self collect! If your side unable to cope up for delivery on estimated date!
Why such slow service? So incompetent!

My parcel arrive at JNT Bukit Bintang at 25/1/2022. until today why I didn't receive my parcel. Sangat-sangat lama barang stuck dekat sana. My parcel arrive at PCP Bukit Katil 408 at 21/1/2022. until today why I didn't receive my parcel. I try to collect at the Drop point but your staff told me my parcel not at there. So, where my parcel right now. Why until today I didn't get any news from J & T side? Why I didn't call your hotline customer service. I'm very-very unsatisfied with your service coz until today your staff cannot give me any information about my parcel. Also I have submit my complaint via your chat complain but until now I didn't receive any reply.

Keep hold my parcel
I bought a item in shoppe and from a selling nearby my area . Seller send out quickly however j&t hold my parcel in their hub. I keep calling to j&t and they dun pick up . Complaint i.n FB they disable the comments, complaint in website and keep pop out the error. This make me concern about my parcel.. their service is totally worst .

Kpop Album
I just recieved my kpop album today and I was really shocked and disappointed because there are A LOT of damages on both versions that I bought especially the gold version. It wasn't like this when the seller recieved and sent the album to me. Jeez y'all need to be careful, refrain from throwing the parcels. There are a lot of fragile things in your hands. Fragile or not y'all should take care of it as if it was your own thing. Albums are expensive as hell gosh and it has a sentimental value to us.

My parcel got delayed. The last information I got it says that my parcel is outbound since 17 january 2022 and I still didn't get any update about my parcel till today. I called ulu yam j&t gateway/hub asked and make a complaint. They said that my parcel is already delivered to punchak alam j&t center and they didn't scan my parcel yet. I tried to reached punchak alam j&t but no respond. I also called one of the j&t hub at punchak alam and all they can do is just make a report/complaint about this matter.
