I have 3 of my items ordered online, 3 of them still in the status of "in transit: CDC SRI YAACOB". It is not the first time my parcels have been delayed at this centre. It has already been 4 days there. Barang nak peram jadi jeruk ke?

Bad manner , lack manpower & gangster style

Yesterday I went to this brand to take my parcel and I noticed many problems in this branch.1. My parcel (7 item) was stuck at here over month and still not delivery - slow service2. When I go to visit the branch , I notice their parcel is like trash over the building and can build up like a mountain - lack manpower and delivery.3. The staff can argue back with customers by shouting and threatening to go to the police station. - very very bad manners and mostly like gangsters .how come staff ignore customer when asking some question and the PIC not there ( asking contact PIC/manager also can't get)
There was not me only when there , has also many customer like me going to take parcel due very late and some more some was cant ge due not scanning yet , and can get scolding back .. Nowday still have this kind of service and I have a pic and video of all of it .I swear to god I will not use J&T at this area again but I hope this case can be solved also.

Inefficient delivery
My parcel arrived at Kepong CDC302 since 9/2/2022(Wednesday). On Friday i went to their warehouse to self pickup but JnT staff check the basket and told me my parcel already out for delivery.He said Shopee system delayed to update delivery status.
I wait but no news on my parcel until today 13/2/2022(Monday).Another check on JNT,the status is 'delayed due to external factor'. I cant brain why delayed even i went to self pickup?
Another item i bought later from Johor,arrived just after 3 days with consistent updates.Whats wrong this time?
Desired outcome: Just give me my parcel immediately.

Delivery problem
Things reached but they couldn’t deliver it out to the address given even after few days and when we go to collect ourself and I’m told that self collect is not available!If not available then deliver it following the address on time!Reason given no man power to make self collect then hire lah workerr!So hard to solve problem?So hard to let customers self collect when you cant deliver it?
Desired outcome: Please do change the management or do some relevant changes
Incorrect amount collected by rider
I have a parcel from Shoppe, it was delivered last February 6, 2022 and was received by my relative.

The rider collected Php805 but my parcel price is only Php585. Your rider should be punished for collecting wrong amount. I will attached all my proofs.
Desired outcome: I would like to punished the Rider for being dishonest, and get the excest amount of Php220.

Why holding parcel and giving excuses?
Hello there, I have 3 parcels currently being hold at JNT PEKAN MERU for the past 3 days and not moving at all. Online tracing indicated "bad weather" given as an excuse. You guys are courier service not postman right? If postman, i do understand as they ride bike to deliver parcel. Please look into this matter. My parcel trackings:

The worst courier service in Malaysia. Hold parcel dari 12/2- 20/2/2022 dekat J&T Bukit Kemuning 606. Bila request refund dekat shopee, mengelabah beruk update 18/2 jam 5.53 petang out for delivery. Jam 5.54 petang update unsuccesful delivery sebab penerima takda dekat alamat penghantaran. Call pun tak.. Agak-agak nak menipu ya. Main update je dalam sistem. Ni baru check tadi transit lagi barang dekat J&T Shah Alam. Kau ingat parcel saya beli tu pakai duit air liur korang ke? Saitan betul. Dah buat report dekat MCMC.

Rough Delivery
I posted out the postcard with hard carboard backing and yet buyer received it in bend condition.. I even leave a sticky note telling not to bend the parcel and also got fragile sticker on the parcel! At this rate I'm just wasting money to buy cardboard and fragile stickers if courier didn't even bother delivering it nicely. I don't even mind if I can repurchase the item for buyer but the item is LIMITED 🤦🏻♀️

i order a pair of shoes on 2nd feb and the date of received suppose to be today but i still didnt receive anything. From 6 feb to 8 feb its still stuck on jnt kota permai 302 . nobody picked up the call and the tracking just saying 'pending delivery" . its been 3 days . please do update the tracking status thank you.

my parcel already in CDC PONTIAN 313 for more than a week! everyday always in transit, back and forth. no attempt on delivery at all. I pay your service to deliver my parcel on time, not to keep mine for a long time! what if the parcel is an important one? I have once collected my parcel myself and I think as a customer, I should not be doing that because I paid you to deliver my parcel safely to my house. Please make sure to deliver my parcel as soon as possible! I am really disappointed with your service. Not sure if want to use your service next time. Please improve!

CDC 303 Bintulu Service very bad. Slow delibery
On 3 Feb I went to CDC 303 to pickup parcel. Based on status my item have arrived at CDC seen 3 day ago. I had to wait 3 hour at CDC but no gave the answer. I saw the staff just walking back and forth. Laugh and talk.
The staff stated that my item had just arrived and had not been arranged. So they cannot found. I came back feeling frustrated. Now after 6 day have passed I still not received that good.
Desired outcome: Add staff and teach staff work athic. Management systems need to be changed and should be more effective.
JnT management at CDC 303 Bintulu is very bad. Always hold items for long time and day. Do not ship / deliver immediately.

Missing Parcel
My parcel has been on hold since 15 December 2021. I tried called drop point KUL GATEWAY SETIAWANGSA but no answer. Already file complaint to J&T center, but they mention late Parcel Delay. Todate, I am still not receive back my parcel and based on tracking search my parcel is still on hold at KUL GATEWAY SETIAWANGSA. I already refunded to my customer as J&T fail to deliver the parcel. What a bad service.
Desired outcome: Please refund to me the loses.
