Parcel still stuck at J&T CDC Senawang after 8 days there
I ordered something on Shopee on 25th Feb. From tracking, the item arrived at J&T CDC Senawang on 27th Feb and delivery is supposed to happen by 4th March. Today is 6th March & it still says - Parcel is in transit: J&T CDC Senawang 312.
What is going on? Is my parcel lost ?

I refuse to try and self collect. This has happened before and my experience to try to self collect is horrible to say the least. The staff manning the centre can be pretty rude.
Desired outcome: I need the item delivered in good condition asap and an apology.
Overcharge
The driver charge as 560 he over charged my mother for almost 60 pesos and he did not want to give the item unless we dont give the amount he desire call me immediately.

Parcel picked by j&t on 22nd march
26th parcel not yet reach my customer and found out shipped to wrong centre. Melaka branch help to request reroute.
27th feb to 2nd march still shown on hold and i check again they told me PRKWG site got serious covid
4th March they gave me some reason
6th March i checked again system dont hv any update and melaka. Person in charge Adeline (PRK) never reply and update me the status.
I wpuld like to reconsider whether i will be still comtinue using j&t service in future. As i hv my VIP account with J&T since 2019 till now. Quite disappointed with J&T service

My courier didn't even try calling so that I can receive my orders, he just texted me that my parcels are out for delivery and just a while ago he texted me again that my parcel is gonna be sent back to the seller.

Actually i want to give him 5 stars service...he is the rider and this parcel was not under his responsibilities but he went extra miles to locate my parcel and delivered them the next day. My Item is on hold for 2 days because of bad weather
I just went to the j&t hub tmn melati 610 I front of royal selangor wangsa maju. They said they already close since their operation is only from 12pm till 3pm. I came there around 5 so its ok. But what is no okay is this 2 days my place started rain at 4pm and only last about 30minutes. So why do they give bad weather's as reasons for putting my pakage on hold. All I see j&t staff there just chilling.
Desired outcome: Please solve this problem for future services and send my parcel ASAP

i ordered a spray gun from shopee. the seller using JNT services and start collect the item on 21st February 2022. Until now my item is still on hold in JNT SHAH ALAM GATEAWAY? people are paying for your service but yet this is what your customer get? Late delivery? Desired outcome: The parcel can be deliver to our customer by this week.Or please return the parcel and refund to us. But we might request J&T to make a compensation, it had caused a big loss because of this parcel undelivered.

It was delayed 3days and still hold the parcel in the same lukut 602 branch. The reason of delay is high value parcel but no further action after complaint and even mentioned we saying is very urgent.
