Fragile Product Broke
hi today 10March2022 one of my friend send a parcel with Fragile sticker serial no.[protected] over to me and when i receive from the looks on it the box has been damage and when i open it the product inside was broken. It was handmade Fake Floral of a Total price RM50 from my friend to given me as a surprise present but in the end disappointment and sadness is receive instead I hope that J&T Express will settle this problem properly and in the future take better care of those with Fragile Sticker Parcel so that others will not met with this kind of misfortune. Thank You Very Much!
Desired outcome: Please Reimburse the sender for the loss not only the delivery money but also the broken product thank you.

Many people's packages have been in prk for many days, and they haven't solved this problem.
my parcel stuck at prk gateway and no any updates since last Thursday(already a week)
and they tell me there will be a slight delay in deliveries.

My parcel has been shipped by the seller since 1/3/2022 from Penang. Until now my Parcel still stuck at J&T LCD Setapak 603? Already call to customer services (Monday 7 March 2022) and communicate via WA at the same day... still no action taken. My delivery address at Wangsa Maju is not far from Setapak. Please update to customer or take action ASAP, I'm also attached Tracking Chronology capture from shoppe apps and J&T Tracker for your attention.
Desired outcome: Hopefully J&T will expedite the action and very important is to update the customer.

Where are my parcels? 2 parcels ordered from shopee already 1 week arrived in j&t bintulu still undelivered. Suddenly status updated in shopee already delivered. Without any proof of delivery! Unresponsible j&t. Very lazy n even when deliver people is at home they just put on top of letterbox. What nonsense? Pls close down rather than making lot of mistakes. Those parcels are very important to us!

The parcel was posted on 3/3/2022 and the last update was on 5/3/2022. It has not been updated ever since then. I tried to self collect, but was denied at the center. What kind of joke is this? You refuse to deliver my parcel and now you refused me to collect my own parcel.

Parcel still stuck at J&T CDC Senawang after 8 days there
I ordered something on Shopee on 25th Feb. From tracking, the item arrived at J&T CDC Senawang on 27th Feb and delivery is supposed to happen by 4th March. Today is 6th March & it still says - Parcel is in transit: J&T CDC Senawang 312.
What is going on? Is my parcel lost ?

I refuse to try and self collect. This has happened before and my experience to try to self collect is horrible to say the least. The staff manning the centre can be pretty rude.
Desired outcome: I need the item delivered in good condition asap and an apology.

The driver charge as 560 he over charged my mother for almost 60 pesos and he did not want to give the item unless we dont give the amount he desire call me immediately.

26th parcel not yet reach my customer and found out shipped to wrong centre. Melaka branch help to request reroute.
27th feb to 2nd march still shown on hold and i check again they told me PRKWG site got serious covid
4th March they gave me some reason
6th March i checked again system dont hv any update and melaka. Person in charge Adeline (PRK) never reply and update me the status.
I wpuld like to reconsider whether i will be still comtinue using j&t service in future. As i hv my VIP account with J&T since 2019 till now. Quite disappointed with J&T service

My courier didn't even try calling so that I can receive my orders, he just texted me that my parcels are out for delivery and just a while ago he texted me again that my parcel is gonna be sent back to the seller.
