I have write a wrong address because of typo error so I got scold by the rider a few days ago. He called me by my phone number. When I answer to it and before I say something he has already started scolding me. He like "eh apakah nombor rumah kamu." I replied with my house number and then he goes like keep saying."eh nombor rumah sendiri kamu tak tahu ke?" it sounds very rude and he even repeted for about four times. I got no chance to speak anything and the call end up after he tell me to get my parcel myself at the parcel hub.

After I know I didn't give my correct address, I have called the hotline service for help and my parcel is reschedule to deliver. Finally I got my parcel today. So when I felt that everything is over, I received voice message from the driver at my whatsapp. He heard like didn't satisfied about my reaction. He asked "hari tu ialah kamu yang bagi alamat yang salahkan? You kan?" yes that day I have given a wrong address and I admit it. And then he asked why i'm looking so angry. I don't know what happen and why he is asking like this. It make ke feel like if i'm not happy about his service and I will be revenged or something else. What if I said I dind't happy about it? Am I gonna killed? He make me feel like treathen. His partner also throwing my parcel into my house.

First of all, my parcel was deliver to hotel but the hotel had put notice for temporary closed but the delivery rider didn’t call even arrived at the hotel. The delivery rider totally no sense of responsibility because normally delivery rider will call even have any notice. Also yesterday I’m already call customer service they will rearrange deliver my parcel again but this morning call again to customer services they said my parcel being processed send back to sender.

Grabe 2198 binayaran ko mali nman dinala saken items at sabi na return daw sa kanila ang items ko it means wala pa dapat akong matatanggap pero bakit my natanggap ako at binayaran ko ng buo non pala hindi yon ag order ko pano po gagawin ko ayaw nman makipag tulungan ng seller😭😭😭

Dear J&T,my package already opened when received it. It had been twice! I dont know whats the reason but please dont open ur customer parcel.

Other than that, my parcel label "fragile" & ur staff, the dispatcher didnt even contact me or ring the bell to deliver the parcel. Instead of hand it to me,ur staff just throw my parcel inside the house with the sticker fragile. I was at home,waiting for my parcel however,when i opened the door,my parcel already been thrown inside the house. Luckily it didnt broke. This is not the first time.its been lots of time already. I dont care if ur staff throw the parcel inside the house if there is no sticker "fragile" there,but when it has the sticker "fragile" it mean u need to handle with care & dont simply throw it☹️

1) item was delivered on 10.3.2022 from LEMBAH SIREH, KB. Wrong address captured by LEMBAH SIREH,KB staff resulted in parcel not delivered. Item was deposited on 10.3.2022 .

2) Item arrived ARA DAMANSARA, SELANGOR on 12.3.2022. Failure of ARA DAMANSARA branch to call receiver/sender when realised parcel cannot be delivered.

3) On 19.3.2022, item was returned to YAACOBIAH, Kota Bahru. Staff from YAACOBIAH called on 20.3.2022. Correct address was provided via Whatsapp. However, as on 22.3.2022, failure of J&T YAACOBIAH, KB to ensure that the item is re-send on time.

4) Call center cannot be reached. line got cut off after waiting for close to 2 mins.

5) Complaint page (https://test.jtexpress.my/crm/register) cannot be used.

I think the parcel is lost or delay. I posted the parcel on 28 feb but still not received it till today. The parcel is delay and still not arrived less than a month ! i hope jnt will take actions . I already make a police report

I ordered an item from Shopee on 14th March 2022. The parcel was picked up by J&T on the same day. My parcel had been sitting in J&T CDC OLDTOWN 304 since 15th March.

Yesterday, (17th March), the status of the delivery was 'Parcel out For Delivery' ay 11.57am. However, I did not received the parcel. The reason given was 'Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Cuaca Buruk'.

I was in my office in PJ for the whole day on 17th March and the weather was fine the whole day. Why did J&T claim that Cuaca Buruk? This reason given by J&T is NOT true and is therefore unacceptable.

The seller is from KL and I am in PJ and J&T need taking more than 1 week to deliver. This is extremely POOR POOR service as a delivery company.

J&T, please explain the cause of the delay.

Delayed parcels until 2 weeks

Saya post sejak 12 hb, dari KL ke TRG, sampai ke harini masih tak sampai2 lagi macam barang dari oversea. Harini dah 17 hb masih alasan yang sama on hold weather?! SEDANGKAN DAH SEMINGGU TAK HUJAN PUN. KALAU DAH BUAT KERJA TU PLEASE BE PROFESIONAL. MANUSIA NI ADA OTAK BOLEH FIKIR. DEKAT BUKIT TUMBUH TU NAK HANTAR KE BANGGOL PAUH TAK JAUH PUN. NAK KERJA KE TAK NAK KERJA. JANGAN MENYUSAHKAN ORANG.

Orang tunggu tak nak hantar, pastu bila takde kat rumah baru nak hantar, pastu orang suruh letak je dalam bakul pastu nak transfer duit kat dia tak nak pulak kata tak boleh, pastu kenapa sesuka hati return barang yang saya dah bayar? Tinggal nak bayar dfod kat jnt je, but why return and now on hold kat shah alam pulak? Berapa lama nak kena tunggu lagi dh dekat seminggu tunggu

Saya telah mengirim document penting Dan sebotol skincare ke alamat no 69, Jalan 6/10, Kelana Jaya, Selangor dengan perkhidmatan J&T Express PADA 10/03/2022 dengan bayaran sebanyak RM6.35. Dengan dukacitanya pihak penerima sampai 15/03/2022 tidak lagi terima parcel tersebut. Saya Cuba buat panggilan kepada syarikat J&T tetapi tidak dapat dilayani. Saya Cuba what's app kepada telifon bibit [protected] Dan beliau bagi jawapan yang tidak munasabah bahawa mereka tidak bertanggunjawab dengan penghataran. Alasan tersebut sangat tidak dapat Di terima oleh saya. Cawangan j&T yang saya terima parcel saya ialah J&T Express Sri Cemerlang 441

My parcel stuck at cdc subang jaya 312, why my parcel still on hold until now? When is the delivery time? Before this jnt can send my parcel within 2 days. But now more than a week?
