why parcel when arrived J&T seberang perai tengah always stuck long time. Try to call careline many times but nobody answer. Very disappointed. We buy the item and want it to arrive asap not to stuck at your place!
I'm reporting for bad attitude of your rider.
This happen today April 7, 2022, 10:52am. I received a call from your rider that he's already delivering my parcel. Unfortunately, I won't be able to receive the parcel because I'm at work so I politely ask him if he could deliver it at our office but he's already yelling at me and want my mother in law that is in the house to pay for the delivery. I also said that I could pay for more because he's asking for extra payment because my office is to far that's what he said but its not. His name is Michael John Tadifa. This happen at Canaoay and PAgdalagan Norte La Union. Please take an immediate action to this. Your rider doesn't have courtesy!

J&T guy asking for extra money in a very compelling manner
On 6/4, the J&T courier guy delivered our parcel with a COD charges of RM31.90. While we pay, he claimed himself to be coming from very far qand insist that we MUST pay extra in a very rude, disrespectful and compelling manner, and refused to leave us alone.
Our tracking ID is [protected]. We hope that this would not happen again to us and everyone else.
Desired outcome: We hope that the company impose some moral duty on the employee and maintain the good image of the company.

Your staff throw my parcel without my permission
Hai, I would like to complaint about one of your staff that throw my parcel, inside my house without asking my permission and he just sent me a video. What he did i cannot accept because it so rude and luckily my parcel was not damaged. Please make sure this thing never happens again to me or others, thank you very much

My seller has sent the item on 3/19 from Kota Bharu, the item is still not yet arrived or even out for delivery until today. The item keep on going back and forth from one station to another, never once attempting for delivery.
Tried chatting, the chat got cut off (chat has ended) right when I was number 1 on queue. Tried calling, also the line was cut off after I went through all the robot talking. Submitted complain also not helping.

The story :
- First I'm not received the service delivery phone no/ [protected].
due I wwork out side and charged my mobile at home.
- After that I had called back the nomber [protected] 3 times with some
interval period.
- The delivery owner phone no. [protected] were cancle my call.
- I think that he on driving and delivery. but how the calling was cancle?
- I tried to find the Tapahine service terminal from service center [protected].
- the I got Taphanhin service terminal with no.[protected].
- I tried 2 time this service terminal not received my call.
- Then I called to the service center no.[protected] again. and let her help. but look not thing happen. because I'm wait arround half a hour.
- I'm tried to call delivery man at [protected], the same thing he not received and cut my calling. (2 times tires)
- Then I tried witrh Taphanhin service terminal again. this time a lady receive
and tell to received tomorrow again.
I HAVE A QUESTION. iS THIS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE POLICY?
- The I had call service center again with complaint menu. But not thing helpfull.
The finally I failed to your service too much.
Desired outcome: 1. To be changed the Taphanhin terminal owner to other.2. improve the service condition.
Rude rider
I have write a wrong address because of typo error so I got scold by the rider a few days ago. He called me by my phone number. When I answer to it and before I say something he has already started scolding me. He like "eh apakah nombor rumah kamu." I replied with my house number and then he goes like keep saying."eh nombor rumah sendiri kamu tak tahu ke?" it sounds very rude and he even repeted for about four times. I got no chance to speak anything and the call end up after he tell me to get my parcel myself at the parcel hub.
After I know I didn't give my correct address, I have called the hotline service for help and my parcel is reschedule to deliver. Finally I got my parcel today. So when I felt that everything is over, I received voice message from the driver at my whatsapp. He heard like didn't satisfied about my reaction. He asked "hari tu ialah kamu yang bagi alamat yang salahkan? You kan?" yes that day I have given a wrong address and I admit it. And then he asked why i'm looking so angry. I don't know what happen and why he is asking like this. It make ke feel like if i'm not happy about his service and I will be revenged or something else. What if I said I dind't happy about it? Am I gonna killed? He make me feel like treathen. His partner also throwing my parcel into my house.
I will attach the screen recording of the message between the driver and I below.
Desired outcome: I would like an explain of his behaviour. He and his partner let me having a bad day and bad experience. If I didn't get a satisfying respond, I would consider not using J&T to deliver my parcel next time.

Delivery parcel / complain about delivery rider
First of all, my parcel was deliver to hotel but the hotel had put notice for temporary closed but the delivery rider didn’t call even arrived at the hotel. The delivery rider totally no sense of responsibility because normally delivery rider will call even have any notice. Also yesterday I’m already call customer service they will rearrange deliver my parcel again but this morning call again to customer services they said my parcel being processed send back to sender.

Rip off & parcel label "fragile" been thrown
Dear J&T,my package already opened when received it. It had been twice! I dont know whats the reason but please dont open ur customer parcel.
Other than that, my parcel label "fragile" & ur staff, the dispatcher didnt even contact me or ring the bell to deliver the parcel. Instead of hand it to me,ur staff just throw my parcel inside the house with the sticker fragile. I was at home,waiting for my parcel however,when i opened the door,my parcel already been thrown inside the house. Luckily it didnt broke. This is not the first time.its been lots of time already. I dont care if ur staff throw the parcel inside the house if there is no sticker "fragile" there,but when it has the sticker "fragile" it mean u need to handle with care & dont simply throw it☹️
