Dear Mr/Mrs,

I am Mohamad Hanis Afiq regularly using J&T delivery services in the Nilai area. I have been experiencing poor services given by J&T PCP DESA MELATI 406, when an item has been stuck there, it will take over 4-5 days to receive it. Beside that, the rider always signs off that the item has already been delivered, but the fact that no item has been received by me, in the shopee system simply said already delivered and complete without delivery proof. I believe this is because of the work ethic of workers. Please rectify this issue ASAP. For your info, if you type this center name at google, you can see many complaints from others regarding the same issue from a long time ago. Is this the service that we expected? For the record, this complaint will be submitted to MCMC to make sure this issue will be taken seriously by your side.

I already complaint to j&t website, but no action.. I really mean it, no action has been taken.. I still have another very expensive parcel will be deliver by j&t.. If the parcel not delivered, im going to take a police report.. If shoppe can choose the courier I wouldnt even choose j&t ever

please make sure this order arrived safely to their owner, ([protected])

when i go to post document all the time,only 1 person ,only 1 time 2 person at counter,so when i go that time 1 person at counter very no manners,all the time ask me key in details myself online,i reject and go other branch. when the person accept help me key in,when i say i paid ewallet,the person is show angry face.

Why my parcel still in sbh gateway even arrived there already in a week. Till today still no movement progress. Are u aware to guest parcel?

I, Suseela Nagappan (Tel: [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com) happened to receive the product ordered by brother's wife which was delivered to the premise No.90, Taman Bayam, 09600 Lunas, Kedah, Malaysia on 10th April 2022 (Sunday) at around 5.30 pm.

I was very dissappointed and hurt with the attitude of the delivery person. While i was rushing towards him to collect the product, he did not wait a second but immediately throw the product. While i was bending down to collect the product he immediately took photo and rushed without a word. I was very dissappointed and hurt. 

Such rude conduct by delivery peson should be avoided at all cost.I sincerely hope that J&T do not take such uncouth behaviours of the delivery person lightly and take necessary action so that such thing do not recur in the future.

Parcel awb [protected] had been kept at Cyberjaya LDC 615 since 7 April 2022. In the system it states that the parcel had failed attempts on 8 & 9 April 2022 due to bad weather although the weather was good on both days.

[protected] - not received (LDC B. KEMUNING 606, sit on this warehouse from 1st til now, stated attempted delivery but all lies, my office working hours 8am - 10pm, no calls also).

[protected] - received (CDC B. Kemuning 306, sit on this warehouse from 7th - 17th only deliver).

Please do something, all my parcel that handling by other courier company never have this problem, all can get within 4 days.

J&T Express Simpang Ampat PEN004, 33, Lorong Tangling Indah 1, Taman Tangling Indah, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang, Just Now 4.45pm, 8/4/2022, I park in front of JNT and ship my parcel, after that, I buy coffee at next door, After I came out to take my car, my car is blocked by Vew4670, the driver come out and shout to me that this is his packing, by the way, there is no cone that stop other to park. I feel my life is threatening, is this how JNT Worker treat customer?... If it is thier private packing, please place the cone to prevent JNT Customer to park please... Insist don't want to move the van, please take action to the driver...

This happen today April 7, 2022, 10:52am. I received a call from your rider that he's already delivering my parcel. Unfortunately, I won't be able to receive the parcel because I'm at work so I politely ask him if he could deliver it at our office but he's already yelling at me and want my mother in law that is in the house to pay for the delivery. I also said that I could pay for more because he's asking for extra payment because my office is to far that's what he said but its not. His name is Michael John Tadifa. This happen at Canaoay and PAgdalagan Norte La Union. Please take an immediate action to this. Your rider doesn't have courtesy!

I wanted to follow up on my parcel that had been cancelled courier/delay/ return back to transit centre after item has been delivered at drop point cdc meru.

Berapa lama nak peram barang? Shipping dari Sabah ke labuan sahaja?

On 6/4, the J&T courier guy delivered our parcel with a COD charges of RM31.90. While we pay, he claimed himself to be coming from very far qand insist that we MUST pay extra in a very rude, disrespectful and compelling manner, and refused to leave us alone.

Our tracking ID is [protected]. We hope that this would not happen again to us and everyone else.

Parcel saya sudah berada ni transit center shahalam gateaway, bandar: petaling outbound selama 12 hari daripada 22 March 2022. Sila check keberadaan parcel saya! dah lama saya tunggu masih tidak bergerak sehingga hari ini pada 2 April 2022

nakatangap ako ng COD package from cavite. may sender name pero in complete, may cp no pero d makontak. sabi nung rider kelangan daw bayaran kc cod kahit d ko nmn order yun. kaya binayaran ko na. scammer po yung sender.
