Items received was not the one I ordered
I ordered a Bluetooth headset, pair of doll shoes and trousers at laplace depot shop last april 5,2022 but I received a plastic watch today april 19,2022. It's not even functioning. I was so shocked because it was my first time to encounter such thing. I didn't expect this to happen. I fully trusted the seller as well as the shop. They even informed me through call that they will be giving me a coupon but what I received is not what I expected. I hope you can help me with this. I paid 798 pesos for this and its just like I'm wasting a money because I did not receive what I ordered. I'm wondering how this parcel passed from the courier where in fact the name of the seller is incomplete in the package. The item indicated is not the one inside.
Desired outcome: I want a refund and I do hope that you will respond to this matter. I understand that I have a mistake too since I did not check the legitimacy of the shop since I gave my full trust to it. But please help me with this problem.
Reckless driving by jnt staff
On 18 April. A friend of mine finished her work around 8:30 PM and saw her car got hit by someone untill it breaks her side mirror. I will attach the pictures below and I strongly believe my friend park her car right in the parking lot. She was told by a gentleman that he saw her car was hit by JNT lorry which I believe the staff is a male who currently working at JNT Taman Bukit Tiram. When my friend go and meet him there he denied and refuse to give proper cooperation. There was also a girl who with him and being so rude to my friend and blame it all on her. It was so dissappointing as my friend decide to met him just to ask if he really did it and did not want to get him pay for anything. But got that kind of treatment in return.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate if JNT can apologise to my friend and take action towards his mistake. I would also appreciate if you can give response towards my complaint.

April 18-20 po binigay ang date na deliver yong parcel po. So ayon April 18 around 9 or 10 am may tumawag po, yong rider pala NASA workplace na para mag deliver. Nakikiusap Naman Ako ng maayos na baka pwede pa bukas Kunin Kasi d Ako nakapasok sa trabaho Kasi may emergency sa Bahay at yon tumaas na agad noses niya Marami ng sinasabi kung ano2 nakakahiya nga eh Kasi andon yong mga Guardia at mga katrabaho ko. Sabi niya d pwede. sabi ko naman Sir baka pwedeng pahatid Dito sa apartment ko eh ayaw niya Rin. Basta ang Dami na niyang sinasabi na hi do maganda.
Desired outcome: Sana Naman ayusin Ang pag trato ng mga customer. Iyong Hindi binabastos. At Sana Naman a day before dapat mag text na ededeliver na iyong parcel.

I recently call jnt pcp sibuga 456 sandakan to ask about my parcel delayed to delivery . The staff asking me what parcel ? Shop this day alredy closed at 2.00pm while this day a monday🤣🤣🤣🤣. The staff answering me very rude rude please punish this staff

I've sent parcel on 6th April 2022. And it has reached CDC ARADAMANSARA 321 on 7th April 2022.
And today is 18th April. but the parcel is yet to be delivered.
Multiple calls, messages and emails sent to J&T to which no replies from them... and walked to the J&T karak brach few times in a week and still no response from them..
Desired outcome: Just refund my amount and gives back my parcel. I can drive myself and do it

I have placed an order to deliver to my house at Setia Alam, on 4-April.
It have been more than 2 weeks now. I have yet to receive any response or updates for J&T.
Here's the chronology and details:
1. My item was not delivered since 7-April. It says "Parcel in transit. J&T CDC Pekan Meru 307"
2. I have called to these phone numbers: [protected]. 03-[protected] but went unanswered.
3. I sent email to the support team at: [protected]@jtexpress.my but instead I received a reply that says "smtp; 552 5.2.2 Quota exceed the hard limit"
May I know what will become of my undelivered item?

The deliveryman did not even bother to read the address!!
The address I input was correct, but still the delivery was failed! Upon checking on my lazada app where the deliveryman take a pic of my failed parcel delivery, I was shocked that this deliveryman did not even bother to check the address! The location where he delivered the parcel was not the location I input! I am in basak lapu-lapu city bt his location was in ibabao agus lapu-lapu city! How come not noticed it? And did not even bother calling me to ask! I did not received any calls! Such a dissapointment!
Desired outcome: Please train your deliveryman to read carefully the address stated! Did this deliveryman really know how to read? gosh sorry. ..

Courier LIE about delivery status
I was at home for 3 days straight and courier put delivery status as “receiver not at home” TWO DAYS STRAIGHT! Why the [censored] are you lying about the receiver’s presence? You trying to keep my package for yourself?

Hi, I wan to mk complain abt JnT courier service Slim River, Perak. Usually i'm receiving msg like bad weather and attempt fail. But unfortunately no bad weather at here. Once my item reached to distribution centre, they kept the item atleast 2 to 4 days with them.My item reached on 14 april to the distribution centre. Today alrdy 16 april. Last time because of the courier service make it delay the item become melt. Pls tk action asap.

Late delivery & unreachable customer service
Parcel stuck at J&T's drop point at CDC Klang Jaya 303 for 16 days. No delivery attempt done even once. Very disappointed since the parcel contain food. Not sure the food still can be consume or not. Very BAD service from J&T.
