Parcel not updated for long time
My parcel ([protected]) had no update few days. My parcel had been send by the sender on 6 May 2022. I founded the detail was stop at 7 May 2022 so I tried to complain through j&t website. After I complain, they update my status as out of delivery on 12 May 2022 time 01.55 a.m. Until now 13 May 2022 I still did not have receive my parcel. Halo J&T, you driver send the parcel on midnight? I had tried to email but the email fail to send because they email storage is full so system reject to receive the email. I also tried to find the online customer service, it show available have agent but non reply at all. I tried to contact customer service more than 5 times, but non reply at all. Lastly I tried to call customer service almost 10 times, still nobody answer the phone. So I tried to call the branch phone which is the KOTA PERMAI branch. This times I had call out 25 times, but nobody pick up too. Halo, can someone came out to settle? This parcel is really important and urgent for me.

Courier late arrive
On 10.5 i just posted the items from Perak to Shah Alam. Till today 13.5 the items is not receive. During send parcel to jnt branch, they Said if urgent items can use jnt Express so need to add the money. Then i pay for Thay. But still late. Really dissapointed

My parcel delay for delivery since 26/04/22 before Raya. Tracking showing On Hold and On Hold. Even I go for self collect also can't get, staff giving excuse is Parcel difficult to find, even if found still can't to pass out due to the person who taking scanner not there😨😨😨(Horrible working attitude and poor compang system and SOP). Staff ask me go back for waiting phone call after info given to them. But 2days nothing feedback from J&T. If the parcel missing, J&T should fuuly responsible on this for full claim the product amount.
Desired outcome: Parcel should Delivery or arrange self-pickup by today.

Parcel not delivered and not updated for 1 month
Made order from Lazada and the item shipped by seller on 21st April. The status stucked at in-line haul since 23rd April until today. Checked on J&T website and its stuck at outbound PEN Gateway since 29th April. Call their numbers and none being answered. The chat service totally useless. If you don't plan to answer any call, don't list your numbers. If you can't make the delivery on time, don't take the orders. Some more made so big announcement in Facebook that you are working during RAYA. Rubbish...
To Lazada, please choose your courier partner carefully.

Parcel delay
On shopee, parcel should be delivered on 11 May. But then your courier at J&T Gelang Patah JHR312 hold it until now. How can I help the seller about the price that she didn't receive yet because of your poor service? Parcel arrived at JHR312 on 05 May. But hold it until now. How stupid your staf? Please do something. J&T is the best courier.

Order daripada 30/4/2022 , sampai sekarang 12/5/2022 tak sampai2.. Check tracking, *3 KALI SALAH DROP POINT* . Tak tahu la staff you all ni buta huruf ke apa tak reti baca alamat !

Kampar branch management.
Feel regret choosing j&t service, cause everytime my parcel reach kampar branch inbound, it took almost a week to reach ipoh for delivery. Why there is no action been taking. All the while, they will inform shortage of staff. That is under management do not tell customers. Please be responsible.
And request for self collect also they said can't.

Parcel had been stuck at prk 900 more than 1 week
My parcel had been stuck at PRK 900 since 1/5/22 until there is no any update for me. I had try to call them but no one answering the phone. What is the issue for PRK 900. I had saw many people complain PRK 900 but they are not taking any action or responsible.

Parcel have not received
Ordered 2 parcels from shopee. Parcel tracking number are spxmy025942022124 and spxmy023412184064. Ordered and paid on 6 april 2022. Waited for more than 1 month already but haven't received any parcels. On shopee info, parcel are at j&t cod kuching. But when I check on j&t online tracking, no parcel/information found.
Desired outcome: Kindly please update the parcels status and deliver it ASAP as I've been waiting for it so long already. Thank you .

Good day! I have ordered from a shop on Facebook that had thousands of comments asking for their price list. It seemed legit. I ordered 3 pcs of Aquaflasks for 1,399, including freebies such as boot, cord, and bag. It was too good to be true. But I took a risk since I saw a lot of comments on their posts. Tn=he items I received are not even aquaflasks. They're just cheap looking flasks. The shops name on FB is Andy Shops. The shop name of the sender though is AQF SHOP. Address at Metro Manila, San Nicolas, 751, Santa Ana Andera St., which was indicated in the packaging. I also could not get a hold of the rider Patrick Bautista with cp no [protected]. The number could not be completed and dialed is what it says when I try to contact it. I wanted to check the items but how could I when your rider could not be contacted. Is he part of this scam?
Desired outcome: I want to track down the seller to refund the money I paid which was 1,400. They did not even give the 1 peso change. I also want an apology from both the rider and the seller.
Parcel on hold for 20 days
I have sent 1 document from Penang to KL from 21.04.2022 until today 10.05.2022 my client still has not received it. I called customer service everyday and nobody answer the phone call. Walk-in to J&T office, they try to give me the details from your system and also PIC contact number and ask me to contact the person, call thousand times also nobody pick-up the call. I ask my client to walk in to collect the parcel which was shown on your website (drop point), but your staff told us the document has not arrived yet. So mean that your website provides the fake details to us?
Desired outcome: Please resolve this and quickly delivery an item to my address.
